I ordered a Samsung telephone cable for connection with PC. It is new, and the shipping arrived at the time described on the site. It doesn’t matter for me that the product was sent from Denmark instead of from UK when time is respected.

Good start but bad finish
Item arrived very quickly and was well packed and also the address label was easily read.
unfortunately the item, a remote for a camera shutter release did not work with the camera I purchased it for. My fault probably but does seem strange as I thought I had ordered the right item. My camera is an Olympus Camedia C-4000 Zoom. Perhaps I mis-read it.
Thanks for the service anyway.

Service is bad
I was informed that the parts I had ordered had been sent, this is after the item was guaranteed to be sent the same day. I needed the parts urgently for a client which I stated in the comments block- needless to say I received a notification the following afternoon to say they did not have the part- thanks, I lost a client.

I cannot find any information or e-mail from us telling you that we did not have the part? However, I can see that you placed another order with us on May 12th, for which the payment didn't go through?

Handsfree set not same as in webshop picture (order 1181597)
To be honest, I was disappointed with the handset N24-5413. In the picture of this item in the webshop I could clearly see that the item consists of two parts, the adapter from Nokia plug to 3.5mm jack and the earplugs with 3.5mm jack. Because I expected to receive this kind of handsfree set, I was disappointed to find out that there was no 3.5mm plug/adapter, the item consisted of only one part.
I wanted to have a handsfree set where I could use other headphones as well, that is why I chose this item. Now I feel cheated.
The two other items in this order were OK.
