Main naaptol se air compress kharida tha Lene se pahle maine naaptol contact number se baat Kari thi ki agar yah product Sahi Nahin hua to refund ho jaega ya nahin unhone mujhe 72 ghante ka time diya tha jab aap use product ko loge to uske 72 ghante ke Mai agar vah Saman aapko achcha Nahin Laga to vah refund ho jaega lekin vah product add ke anusar 250 PSI ki jagah 160 psi bhi Hawa Nahin Bhar pa raha tha jise main wapas karne ke liye kaha unhone mujhe refund karne ki vajah uske badle mein dusra Saman lene ke liye kaha aur main yah chahta hun ki mera jitna bhi khas hai vah mujhe refund kar diya jaaye

Fraud. There is no refund, return policy, wrost online shopping. Don't waste your time and money. Customer support is very rude to talk. Cheap quality product. There is shipping charge even you purchase over 500 rs. Amazon and flipkart is much better then this. Naptol is frauder, be aware with this site.

My first experience with Naaptol is horrible. I order 7 bags from Naaptol and i got 2 pieces defective. And the product quality is very poor.

Those products are wastage for me. So call to customer to return the product and get my refund. But they tell customer can't return the item.

Very bad products quality don't buy from naaptol. Instead of naaptol Buy from amazon or flipkart. They are genuine and if some time we don't like the product then we can return it and they return full amount.

We had ordered a set of 8 blankets from Naaptol.Upon delivery itself 2 were defective.We had used one and it was also damaged within 1 week of use even before the first wash.The quality was not good and overall we had a very bad experience

I had purchased 36pcs kitchen ware which costs ₹999 and paid extra amount for free delivery in one year. I used it recently. When we keep dosa or idly, the plastic in the plate melts and became bubbles. I asked them for getting refunded, they said I had to inform 48 days after getting the product. Don't buy anything fro them, the quality is worst.

I would like to reveal a fraudster company"#NaapTol".

I ordered 05 #Bedsheet from this company. while ordering I also confirmed with the company customer care regarding refund policy and they clearly stated that money would be refunded if the product will be not satisfactory.

The quality of bedsheets is pathetic.

Now, the customer care replied that only cash #voucher permissible for 6 months could be transferred in your account instead of #refund which is entirely indifferent from their earlier commitment and as a customer, I am now bound to use the money for purchasing another product with the company.

The company is a big fraud and all must avoid this company for any purchase.

These fraudsters must be exposed and punished for cheating the customers.

All are requested to share the message so that it can reach up to maximum people and customer can be saved from such cheaters.

I am having worst experience with naaptol. I strongly advised to everyone… Please…. please never buy anything from naaptol. It is just waste of your hard earn money and time.
Had there been negative rating I would have not even gave the 1 star rating also.

After watching the marketing program on 'TATASKY' TV naaptol channel, about bedsheets package deal (5 bedsheets of 220cmx240cm size and 10 pellow covers), I first time placed an order for the same.

I received a parcel from naaptol but the invoice copy is not provided to me along with the parcel. Moreover, the bedsheets size is short (i. e. about 200cmX215cm ) against the size promised/displayed (i. e. 220x240cm) in that marketing program.

When I contacted on naaptol help line No.9223516148 for intimating about the defect in the size of the bedsheets and non receipt of invice copy. To my surprise, the man available on the other end told me that no any order was booked from my mobile number. And that gentlman disconnected the call immediately. Again I dialed the said help line number and asked to the man on other end to search the order details with reference to pincode number or name etc. but he declined my request and diconnected the call again. The language of the person on customers care line was very very rude and irritating.

The fact is I received a parcel from naaptol, that means my order details should be available with them. But now they are not responding co-operating at all. As neither invoice is provided nor any messages have been sent to my mobile numbers, I doubt, that this may be big racket to steal government tax too by not accointing the goods sold.

This is my first and last experience with NAAPTOL company.

Only after escalating my issue to CEO NAAPTOL level, the defective product parcel taken back by them on 18.06.2021 and refunded my money. Thanks to CEO Naaptol.
