Recently I bought a mosquito killer lamp from naaptol . When I watched in the tv they are showing mosquitoes are attracting to the lamp (digital mosquitoes 😁) seems like a magnet is placed inside the mosquito. After purchasing that one It only worked like a night lamp and no mosquitoes are attracting to that product 😂😂🤣. Why are fooling people who are watching this and why your are attracting these type of funny toys to the viewers. Completely fed up with the product .

Shopping with naaptol is very bad experience. They had no return policy of your money, you have no option after buy anything from naaptol. Customer care service provider are illiterate people they are behave like rascals. I personally suggest everybody that don't buy anything from Naaptol.

Recently I purchased N95 face masks from Naaptol hoping the quality will be good (31st May 2021 Order No 81738894) . I received 15 face mask many had the Ear elastics broken, in some cases the nose clips were missing in others the mask were made of single layered cloth. I was shocked to see that. I immediately told the company to refund my money and take back the mask. I was told that they do not replace or refund money but will give a purchase voucher of Rs499/ - but latter gave me 2 vouchers of Rs249/- each. That means I will have to purchase 2 more times and pay extra money to get some other item whose quality I am not sure off. Will someone senior in Naaptol give me a single voucher of Rs499/- instead of two (as promised earlier) Mob - 8826488200
