worst company & worst products are delivered by naaptol...dont trust them..they are fraud..cheating everyone so easily..customer service is also morons..delivered bad product when asked for exchange they directly refused...very bad company..dont buy anything..0 stars

I am Writting an Email to CEO of Naptol, he just respond's asking me to wait wait wait. They won't return the money. Are you really eating food or what?? How come the food is getting digested for you?? You are cheating so many people. Why do u do this?? Why do u do this business first of all, which is not at all successful. You are not ready to return my money, you are not ready send someone and collect your dirty bedsheets. Promising something and giving something. You can beg instead of cheating people like this. Haha you are actually begging people very decently, creating a channel name "Naptol" And beg beg beg for money, make more money which is cheated. I curse you! Your business will never ever grow. Haha, it's already not growing. Fraud people. And, your customer service, very Good manipulating people. When I talk and ask something they will close the conversation. No professionalism. Nothing. Naptol is a dustbin. I Curse you Idiot people. I NEED MY MONEY.

07/05/2021 - I am editing the review. I was told that NEFT will be Processed in 2 - 3 day's! Omg! How come?? As far as i know, NEFT takes hardly 1 hour or Max 1 day. How could u say this?? Ha, this shows how educated people are from Naptol. There are not trained on how to talk to customer. Chat support is like a dustbin, they treat us as if we have cheated them. Come on, enough of all the drama's you've been replying me CEO of Naptol. AS I SAID, I NEED MY MONEY BACK. If not, I have to go legally to get back my money. I am not the one who has cheated you. You are then one who is cheating so many innocent people. I need my money. It's 2400₹. I've emailed you my bank details. All the details are sent clearly.

I ordered 9 bedsheets and 18 pillow covers and all of worst quality and size also doesn't match as advertised, they show something else and deliver something. I called customer service, lady was shouting like we did crime, when I asked for return and refund, they are giving us voucher. I don't need voucher and all I want is my money back, take back your roadside bedsheets. I wish I had option to rate it 0 star.

WORST COMPANY WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVE EVER GO ON ADVERTISMENT SHOWN ON TV. THEY GET PAID FOR FOOLING PEOPLE. Strange how this company is still operating, this company should shut down. I'll definitely report the channel who's showing naaptol advertisement.

I placed an order in Naaptol but I was not satisfied with that order I have requested again for my second order (49708240) but not yet Naaptol executives are booking my order no I need my refund amount please resolve my issue soon and This is the worst company, my 1st experience was the worst with Naaptol

I ordered a pack of 10 facemasks n95(as per them) and that too all different shades.. I was excited to receive different shades and that too in n95. But on receiving all are black and grey and the quality is so pathetic. The elastic quality is so damn poor. The fabric or plastic sheet used to make a mask is like disposable raincoat .. moreover the fitting on a mask is not appropriate. The substandard quality.. pathetic .. zero star

Please do not buy any product from NAAPTOL, they are chippers and worst company in India ever i seen , no proper response on call even after receiving the defective product. My complain no 49675858 is been raised on 23.05.21, even continue follow ups no proper repsond. They will not stick to their policies. So. GUYs please do not believe on the words of NAAP......

You show a good quality in TV, and send us something which is picked up from the dustbin. I got 8 bedsheets with 16 pillow covers which is useless. The Quality is bad. If I use it, it will get torn. Why the hell are you earning money like this??? CHEATING innocent people. Return back my 2300₹. This is Ridiculous. Worst Digital marketing I've ever seen. I need you to return and refund my money back. I don't need any vouchers or any other material from you. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

I bought 2 in 1 helicopter in last week and my kid tried to play with that outside and it went on the sky so I raised complaint. But no proper response from Naaptol. May be last order from my side. I never order anything from Naaptol in future.

N95 masks With code 8768 from naaptol are of pathetic quality, received with broken strings, no return policy, wate of money

Ordered masks where they shown 10 different colours N95 masks..but 6masks of same colour (white) has come.Worst quality masks don't buy it from here they're fake..and if we call for queries they've cut the call irresponsible people's they're. My parents were regular customers of naaptol.. I'll never ever buy anything from there onwards..Don't buy anything here..

Ordered masks where they shown 10 N95 masks worth 600( including shipping) and when we got the product, it was found only 6 masks were of genuine quality and other 4 were of third grade. I am really disappointed naptol. My parents were top customers of yours but because of these cheap things you do, we ll never ever be purchasing through naptol and we inform the same to our family and friends who are your costumers

Guys, Maine bhi kuch din phele aid dekha TV Mai expandable pipe ka and waha wo third class models aakr jo bolte wo hota nahi as usual.,so I received that product and I opened, you guys won't believe what came out. Just nozzle of that pipe and rest was just rope. Maine customer service baat Kari no response from them. I requested for refund and instead of refunding they giving us gift voucher of 50% for that product. Guys this bullst company should be sealed by any cost. Aisa kab tak chalega let's just be together and let that company shutter down. Please anyone who want that join me we'll make a page and we'll take legal action against this company.

Worst service.

I had ordered fridge cover set and they send really cheap quality product. They are not ready to refund. A service assistant person just calls up out of the blue asking us to place order for a replacement product immediately. Service desk people are abusing customers on call.

The service found very worst 👎 , two times I order products from naaptol , after place order, I get message from them said your products will delivered in so on so date but never reach , insted of products we received message from them with different date of delivered your products.
If you can't why you people sending messages every day by saying your order will delivered to you on so on so date .

Most worst Service, I ever seen.
I use to order before flipkart but they reaches order products in time.

This is one of the worst cheats in retail business.
I bought car compressor the other day. The two show persons on the TV were claiming MRP.1999/- and that they are giving 70% discount al@599. When I tried to purchase I was asked to pay for delivery of ₹100. I paid it. Fine. I checked after the payment and found that the same compressor was sold in other websites at ₹299. I made the mistake of not checking it before purchasing. Now when I tried to cancel it, it was not possible. That was just 5 minutes after purchase.
Worst part is when I received the compressor the MRP. was written 999. I wanted to file an FIR for business fraud, but since I didn't record any conversation I just left.
Please don't buy any product from this website.

IF THERE IS ZERO RATING I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT BUT HERE ONE STAR IS MINIMUM SO I AM GIVING THAT.

1. I purchased a "kneecap" and later found it was defective and raised the complaint for the same for which they replaced with a "ems foot massager" which wasn't worth for the money I paid and also again itwas a defective product again which hot received for the second time also.
2.Again recently I purchased a "35 songs in 1 device" which is also a defective product instead of 35 songs only 1 song is playing in it (I.e., Gayatri Maha mantra only). Tried reaching to the customer care there is no proper response neither proper customer support.

I would request not to cheat people like this showing false add in naaptol advertising channels, when you can't provide a proper customer product to the customer nor a proper customer service. I would rate as 1 as the least in the service in the market for which the naaptol is providing service compare to other providers such as amazon or flipkart. I would request atleast now to refund my money back if possible don't again say to raise a complaint for the same as it is waste of time and also as there is zero response from naaptol customer service.
