Horrible hosting service - unprofessional support

Horrible hosting service. The server where my websites ware hosted on was hacked 2 days ago. I got an email from them that I had to change several passwords, so I did. A few hours later non of my websites were accessible from the admin panel. I've tried everything, I begged them to help me, but all they sent back was emails with do-it-yourself advice. Links to pages with complete explanation that covered several pages. Do they really think I'm paying to read a do-it-yourself manual??? Besides that, receiving an answer to a question takes several hours and is mostly another question to provide more details. Took me already 3 days and the problem is still not solved. They are just not capable to fix errors given by the debug mode. They'd rather say that the problems are caused by a plugin (which is clearly NOT). My websites are now restored from a backup, but I'm out of there. Wasted money AND time. Very unprofessional hosting service.

Reply to Namecheap: the problem was NOT caused by the installed theme (DIVI), I sent you proof of that.

A bit hard for beginners....

I have no experience with others, so I don't have anything to compare with.
I am new to online business, and find the language a bit hard to understand. Maybe since English isn't my first language.
I find it difficult to understand what I need or not.
The time to get through to support can be long. But when I get to talk with them, they are helpful. I have got good support through emails as well.
But I still struggle a bit to navigate the page... But it may be me....

they lost my domain I have had for 15 years. They had a billing issue and it didnt renew. Told me sorry and gave me 10% coupon.

Best Internet Support Team

I have been with Namecheap since 2017 and purchased hundreds of domains. We have bought many reseller hosting plans, VPS, and dedicated servers. Namecheap support team is amazing when you need them.
