Had a tyre losing pressure and took it to National tyres in Bury. I also had a noise coming from my front offside area. They checked my tyre and let me know it was only a nail and it could be repaired £30 rather than a new tyre at £250. This is the second time they have been honest regarding the issue and saved me money. The noise was found to be a stone trapped between the brake pad and my tyre. Rob who assisted me was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It is so refreshing to find a company that put their customers first!!!!

Got my tyres here as it was the cheapest place I could get the quality tyres I wanted next day, the man on reception told me about the warranty if you get a puncher, 10.50 a tyre, normally I never bother but when he explained it, it made sence, week later I get a unrepairable puncher and got a brand new tyre for free! It works on tyre ware but as was new got 100% of the price, also he knew Fred dibnah worth going just to talk about him. It's good to deal with genuine people I can't remember his name but he's a credit to the company

Again they have got me in and replaced a snapped spring on my van n got me back to work. Love this place rob David Martin n the lads treat u like family

I had a service and MOT at the Bury branch. Martin was great, pricing reasonable and both were completed in good time. Would recommend and use again - thanks!

I booked in for a free brake test, a few hours after I dropped my car off at the Bury branch, they called to say that all wheels needs new discs and pads, the front would cost £655 & the rear would be £538 totalling £1194.
I took the car to an independent garage who took all 4 wheels off and none of the discs or pads actually needed replacing.....absolute disgrace

This is by far the worst garage you could take your car to. I had braking issues, being a 22 year old lad, i’m not clued in, so i took it here and they quote me for £1,400. Took it to an independent garage the same week, and was quoted £200.

Vile people, who try to steal money. Should be shamed.

Had two tyres replaced and when I picked up my car was told I had a threaded wheel nut. There was nothing wrong with my recently serviced vehicle when I took it to the garage. Regardless of who did the damage they told me it could not be repaired and quoted me £216 to fix the problem. I took my car to another garage and the issue was sorted in 2 minutes repaired at no cost.
I hate it when tradesmen try to rip people off being a tradesman myself I find it disgusting and wonder how many people get ripped off in this way.

Regarding your reply I did contact you to which you stated you would not resolve the issue or problem or do anything about the fact I told you I got it repaired for nothing.

Friendly staff, fast, helpful service. Changed my two front tyres and had a free brake check. Also did an additional body check of the underside of the car and highlighted potential future issues. Excellent standard of customer service. I've had bad experiences at different NT/Halfords centres in the past in different regions so was a little nervous, but will certainly use Bury National Tyres again. Many thanks!

Booked MOT online. A pleasant greeting when I arrived. Good service. My only dissatisfaction is price in that I was charged more for my MOT (£44.99 reduced from £54.99!!) than the man who was stood in front of me (when we were collecting our respective cars) who paid £39.99! Doesn’t feel like you are treating some of your customers fairly!

Arrived at garage on time for 2 tyres and air conditioning diagnostic which i paid online only to be told his system only showed the 2 tyres very poor and disappointing now I’ve got to chase round for a refund won’t be coming back again

Ordered my tyres online cheaper than my local dealer. Booked a day and time to have fitted.

It was quicker than I expected

Had 2 front tyres fitted and had bought new wheel trims to fit. David Kindly removed the bolts on trims from all 4 wheels to enable me to fit new trims. This was really helpful of him and a a busy time too.
