Unprofessional service and unsafe practices. I booked a battery fitting for 12:30 and specifically chose this garage because I urgently needed the work done. Their website clearly states that time slots are an hour, with some jobs potentially taking longer. Changing a battery, however, should take no more than 30 minutes. By 4 pm, the job still wasn’t done. When I finally collected the car and inspected it at home, I discovered the battery hadn’t been secured at all, the hold-down bar was removed and not refitted—a serious safety hazard, as any movement of the battery could cause it to touch the bonnet. A part of my vehicle was essentially discarded without my knowledge.
When I called the next morning, they asked me to return no questions asked, which made it clear they were already aware of the issue. After waiting another 40 minutes, they re-secured miraculously found the hold down bar and secured it with two nuts. It's clear that the battery they fitted is taller than the original, which forced them to bend the hold down bar and break the handle off the top of the new battery.
At no point did they acknowledge their error or offer an apology. In fact, they acted as if they were doing me a favour by fixing their mistake and rather than demonstrating they’d fixed it like any decent garage would, they hurried me away. Save yourself the hassle—there are much better garages in the area. This is by far the dodgiest one I’ve come across.

I booked the earliest tyre fitting appointment possible at National Tyres Partick in Glasgow. However I was told they were too busy and I had to leave the car all day to have one tyre replaced. They had it in stock and it takes about 10 mins for the job incuding balancing. Waste of my time and now hassle trying to get a refund. Very poor service.
Update, I got a call at 17.08 asking me to drive back to the fitting centre tommorow at 9am again. Hopefully not more time and fuel wasted. Earlier I was incorrectly told it was a "booking in" time instead of a "fitting appaiontment" and although I said I could wait an hour, that wasn't good enough when they checked with their manager which I witnessed. I left my vehicle for a full service. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I realized that the mileage information was incorrectly entered in the service record book. And I asked them to correct it.
Ten minutes after I picked up my vehicle and left, the vehicle gave a warning for lack of engine oil. I went back to National Tyres and Autocare and explained the situation. They added a liter of oil to my vehicle, but they did not use a funnel while doing this, it splashed and contaminated all the engine parts.
I was not satisfied with the service I received, it did not inspire confidence. I completely regretted it.

Booked appointment dropped off 20 minutes early still took 3 hours, website states up to 1 hour if longer will be told when drop off nothing was mentioned. No communication at all had to chase my self told 1 more hour, went down after 1 hour car sitting done but no contact to say it was, wasn’t busy definitely enough time for 3 people to stand have a cigarette . Tyre pressure all over the place every tire different, one was 45 psi so if you do opt to go with them make sure you check them. I mean how hard can it be for a tyre fitting company to get the pressure correct or maybe it’s bad for business if they do who knows. Considering I spent almost 600 I was very disappointed with the whole experience. Could be a coincidence but now I have some sort of temperature gauge issue and car is going to another garage to repair, I won’t recommend to anyone personally
