Just purchased 4 new tyres for my Kia at National Tyres Pontypridd.
Arrived at centre and was greeted by nice guy who worked there.
As about my booking and then changed the tyres.
Found them very friendly and could not enough for you.
Will be back

Arrived at National Tyres in Pontypridd 20 minutes early but attended to straight away. Manager explained why the job might take longer than expected but was out within 25 minutes, spare wheel neatly repacked in boot. Friendly, efficient service

So frustrating I hope the owner of this company gets through this. I’ve been a loyal customer of two years coming back-and-forth with my Lamborghini Urus every single time I buy my oil everyone knows what it is all of a sudden I came today I waited absolutely ages no good finder or oil I need they took my numberplate. They had no idea The guy with the bald head that was surfing me decided to serve somebody else because he wasn’t sure what I needed and kept me waiting. I’m absolutely blown away. I just know that I now have to find someone else. I will never return again as a loyal customer of two years with both my husband and my sons coming here. This now needs to stop That one member of staff lost your money not only that my entire family who come here.

Been going to this branch of national tyres for several years for my oil and filter change (and tyres) I was going through my paperwork and only 3yrs ago an oil and filter change was 59.99 last year I paid 120 which I thought was over the top but I like the guy's there so just went to book online for my oil change and it's gone up to 189.99 yes that's right 189.99 even Kwik fit only charge 140 and ATS euromaster is 120 , sorry guys I don't know what your playing at but them price's are obscene,you have lost a good customer...and no I don't have a super car it's a bog standard ford focus ..EDIT..just seen the guys at the garage in pontypridd as i was passing i explained to the fella about the price of the oil change AND HE WOULDNT BELIEVE ME at first he had to look at his computer and he was gobsmacked at the price , that just about sums it up ..EDIT oil and filter change is now 194.99 good grief guys whats going on thats unreal , just had it done at ATS for 119.99

I can't praise this branch enough, every member of staff is excellent and they really saved me when I was in a pickle with a seized brake caliper- sorting the problem same day when I called them mid day on a Friday. Very impressed! Yes they aren't the cheapest but the speed and peace of mind they gave me was well worth it! A sincere thank you to every member of staff there, your effort isn't unnoticed.

Wanted to purchase a set of tyres at pontypridd branch, asked about price matching to Asda only to be told by staff they know nothing about price match policy and in fact do not price match!

I had to get my daughter’s car towed into National in Pontypridd on New Year’s Eve after it broke down. Despite the timing, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, putting us at ease during a stressful situation. They went above and beyond to get the car fixed the very same day, which was an amazing surprise. The service was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable too. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this garage for their efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer care!

I bought 2 front tyres for my Qashqai on the 7 March 2024 and I have to say the 2 works were excellent, very polite, very fast service and a great price.
It’s around 10 miles from my home but I’m making this this place my regular place where I get my tyres.

I used the pontypridd branch for 4 tyres and tracking for my Ds3, Although, there was a problem with ramp and my tracking could not be done the same day, they made sure It was done the following day to which it was, I must say the service I recieved from the gents in the garage was first class and a credit to the company...The gent I dealt with mostly was Shane.

Arrived 15 minutes early for appointment. Lads had a bay ready for the car and in no time at all the 4 new tyres were fitted.
I have Goodyear run flats fitted, and when I drove away tyre noise was noticeably lower than my previously tyres.
Hope they will last me a good few thousand miles!
