NO AFTER CARE SERVICE
I booked my car in for tracking and wheel alignment on 30/10. They said I would receive two documents, a before and after reading - I was given 1! No explanation from the service desk either. As I work in a school, I did not need to use my car (half term) and was actually then away on holiday myself that same week. Since returning, I have noticed a problem with the car. The vehicle is cambering to the left, it's worse than when it initially went in. Upon closer inspection, the OSF wheel tilts in at the top and the NSF front wheel is straight. I have tried contacting the Station Rd branch directly with no success and have contacted their customer service twice. 3 working days later, still no call back from their store manager!. As a result, I am now having to send my car to an independent company to pay for tracking and alignment AGAIN.

My minibus was to big to go on the ramp. For a national company you would have thought that could have accommodated the vehicle as there are s.u.v. bigger than my mini bus .

They don’t care about clients time. Booking have been made in time slot week ago to change 2 tyres. On arrival they telling me to leave a car. Ridiculous.

Does anyone work here? Been ringing the phone for 2 hours and no one answers. If you want a garage you can talk to, avoid this lot at Strood. I dont think they know where the phone is.

Booked 4 wheel alignment. Was told printout would be emailed. Not confident the alignment had been done correctly or even done at all I chased for a printout. Was asked to bring my car in again for printout and this showed my alignment to be way out. They blamed this on my tyres and I was told by some arrogant lad that the tyres were illegal. Bearing in mind they reported on the invoice just 7 days previously these were at 3mm I challenged back. Same arrogant lad went to take readings again and said they were 'about 2mm' and would not do the alignment until I changed my tyres. Took readings at home and recorded on video which I have sent Head Office. All alleged illegal tyres are 3.2mm plus. The legal limit is 1.6mm. I myself am an IMI Qualified Tyre Fitter / Tyre Fitting trainer and I offered the garage some training on tyres which they politely refused! Avoid this garage at all costs until they sort out their customer skills, knowledge and underhand sales techniques to sell you products which you do not need.
