A complete farce
Initially a positive ordering experience, and then it went wrong. Firstly they couldn’t do the date I wanted; then they could, and then they couldn’t. But finally they did…..but they turned up in a van (mobile fitting from the Portsmouth depot I believe?) which didn’t have a tyre machine that worked because most of its bits were missing. So that meant I had to wait another week…..when they finally came again with a van that worked the fitter told me I didn’t need to fit the second tyre (I had ordered two due to transfer box issues with different tread depths on each side), and he could take the other tyre away and I’d get a full refund. He failed to mention that I would loose my 10% discount for buying two tyres and they’d charge me £29.99 for the fitting as a result. This decision cost me £60, and I should have been advised of this when he told me of my options. He also told me I’d get an email with details of my refund which I never got, and the customer services only became aware of my need for a refund when I rang them 5 days later for an update. Total shambles, will not be using them again; ever.

Disappointing service
Took my car in for 2 new tyres and tracking check at the Worthing branch and was told come back in 1 to 1.5 hours. Left it the full 1.5 hours and returned to be told they were just finishing off, so I walked the streets for 20 minutes. When I returned they were just finishing off again! So I asked how long and was told 15 (more) minutes. 20 minutes later they were just torquing the wheel nuts which took another 15 minutes.
Can’t help thinking if they stopped chatting amongst themselves and chatting on their phones they may stand a better chance of getting the work done on time.
Funny thing was, one “technician” was telling 2 others how he could get them a job in formular one racing…… though I’m sure expectations would be greater than taking 2.5 hours to change a couple of tyres. Good luck with that interview!

Booked a half price four wheel alignment
Booked a four wheel alignment when they had it on a half price special offer (£37.49). The day I was supposed to drop the car down I received a phone call cancelling my booking as their machine had apparently broken down as had two other local branches that I could have gone to instead. Which I thought was a bit too convenient. I asked for a phone call when their machine was back up and running so I could still take advantage of their offer but this never happened. I also emailed in a query / complaint to their head office as the price had gone back up to full price which put my nose out of joint somewhat and then no one even bothered coming back to me! Was very unhappy. Would have given zero stars if it was an option…

My windscreen wiper jets wouldn't work
My windscreen wiper jets wouldn't work. Phoned them and a young man called Tom asked me to pop it it to have a look. He spent a little time and cleaned them & got them working....NO CHARGE. Which other company would do that. The whole young crew were helpful and friendly. I trust them 💯. Thanks Tom

Very disappointed
First appointment 31st Dec
For diagnostic ( 3 brake related warning lights on dash. Also to do wheel alignment. My steering wheel is now not centred, it was previously)
Collected car and was told I needed a wheel speed sensor on front near side. Technician Said he would order the part and we agreed I’d return on the 7th of January at 10am .
On my arrival the assistant manager (not present on the 31st said my car was not booked in and nor had the part been ordered. He did apologise for this.
He then said he would order the part and call me to let me know when it was delivered and we could book another appointment. I waited until Wednesday afternoon by which time I hadn’t heard anything I decided to pop into the centre on my way home from work 11/01/23
On my arrival the assistant manager admitted the part hadn’t been ordered but it wasn’t his fault but the suppliers and he had been feeling under the weather too.
He then ordered the part and booked me in for the following Saturday at 9am to fit the part and check the misaligned steering wheel
I collected my car at about 10.30 . I was given a discount to compensate me for the inconvenience which I appreciate.
Unfortunately on driving home the steering wheel is still misaligned and the following day some of the brake warning lights have come back on. Also to add to my annoyance there were several large bird droppings on my paintwork no doubt from the numerous pigeons residing in the roof .
Needless to say I’m very disappointed and now wondering whether the part was even fitted.
I did email customer services on Sunday but as yet not received a response.
