Farouk (sorry if i have misspelt that) was absolutely amazing on the phone today. Extremely knowledgable and spoke to me in a very kind but professional manner when i started to get flustered. Really helped ease my anxiety- if you are considering seeking debt advice and are putting it off, please just do it. Again Farouk was so lovely and professional, big shout out to him.

National debtline talked me through my steps quickly in order for me to get started in order to deal with debt any technical issues I had were dealt with quickly and signposted me to the relevant organisations customer aervice was excellent by some staff some others were abrupt in tone overall fantastic service but customer service needs to be consistent across the board

It was a great experience because the consultant I spoke to reacted to my case immediately and followed up with the necessary information to act urgently and the form 2 was sent to us and helped fill them on the phone so his help was great

I am truly thankful for National Debtline, I couldn't have done it without the knowledge, guidance and support from the team. The links they send for letters, research about funding, cutting costs due to extremely low income/mental health etc. I would recommend anyone using National Debtline, they make you feel comfortable, non-judgmental, friendly. Just call them, it is ok and you are safe with them. Be open and honest, I am still working with them. Thank you very much.

We have had a number of reports recently similar to your experience and having done some further investigation, it appears that some disreputable organisations are calling numbers and pretending to be us, or they have similar names to us, in order to take advantage of our good reputation with the aim of either selling products or obtaining details from that individual. Please block these numbers in the future.
