Shahzad was a great instructor

Shahzad was a great instructor. Very patient and got me to pass my test after 10 hour intensive course with only 1 minor. Would highly recommend to anyone who has previously done lessons and wants to pass quickly. 10/10.

This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever. I booked my course in November. Never got a driver. Never had any contact. Then since February I have been trying to get a refund, it’s now may. No money has been given back. They promised me my refund. And still no communications. I have to call them to find out information. I would not recommended. This is a scam trying to steal money. And you will not get your money back. I have spoken to both Kelsey and Nicola and have spoken to them on multiple occasions and they promised me my refund. Which I still have not received.

Don’t bother!!!!

Don’t bother! They claim to work with a fleet of instructors but had to pay extra for one to be allocated to me and rather than paying the instructor themself, they had to send the money to me to send on to my instructor. Just seems like a backwards process to me.
Paid extra for a priority test booking and they couldn’t find any. Called to ask for updates, they said they’ll be in touch and never did! I even specified I’m okay to go to multiple test centres still nothing. I ended up finding a test myself, waiting to 2 weeks for that come around and passed in that time they were looking for a test. Absolutely useless. Ignore the dates they have tests from on their website as that’s a complete lie. Save your money guys, find an instructor yourself and just bulk buy lessons with them. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Useless firm. Waste of money!!!

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, as this review has been left anonymously, we are unable to trace your file or review the full details of your case, which makes it difficult for us to respond fully and fairly.

However, we would like to clarify a few points. We work with over 2,000 ADIs nationwide, and in some cases an additional contribution may be required to secure an instructor at the necessary hourly rate. Where this happens, the additional amount paid to the instructor is covered from our own deposit portion — not at the customer’s expense.

With regards to test dates, we make it very clear in our Terms & Conditions, which customers confirm they have read and understood before booking, that test dates cannot ever be guaranteed. Availability is controlled entirely by the DVSA and can change constantly.

While we appreciate that the process may not have met your expectations, we are pleased to see that you passed your driving test first time. This in itself reflects that the course and instruction provided were ultimately successful in helping you achieve the result you wanted.

Would not recommend the cancellation…

Would not recommend the cancellation checker. Very difficult dealing with customer service.

I was really nervous about starting…

I was really nervous about starting driving, especially since I’d been putting it off for over a year. In the end, I chose National Intensive because I wanted a faster-paced approach—and I’m so glad I did.
My driving instructor, Antony, was absolutely amazing. From the very first lesson, he made me feel calm and at ease, which really helped with my anxiety. He was incredibly patient, supportive, and always believed in me, even when I doubted myself. At the same time, he knew exactly when to push me, which helped build my confidence so quickly.
Thanks to his guidance and encouragement, I was able to pass my test in less than 3 months of ever driving, which I never thought would be possible.
I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better instructor—Antony is fantastic at what he does, and I would highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive!

joke of a company

I paid £720 to them, to arrange my test, paid £600 for an instructor, it’s now been 3.5 months, they’ve not contacted me once. I’ve explained that due to the new rules & how long it’s taken them to arrange something, they haven’t provided the service they offered, I’ve asked for a refund & they’ve refunded the cost of a test, so I’m now £656 down and have received nothing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

However, in general, our pricing structure and terms are made clear at the time of booking. Our services do not solely include the cost of a driving test, but also cover administration, booking management, instructor coordination, and ongoing support throughout the duration of the course. There are also VAT and operational costs involved.

Test dates are dependent on availability at the chosen test centre, and the recent changes introduced by the DVSA have significantly impacted availability and delayed the process across the industry.

Where applicable, refunds are processed in line with the terms agreed at the time of booking.

I recommend Yad 👍🏻

I would like to say big thank you to Yad for being very helpful, understanding, and supported during the theory test course. He breaks everything down clearly and explains what the road safety is road signs, what to do, and what not to do on the road.
