As with all previous reviews, this company has zero customer care, ordered 4 trims, only three posted out. Called 3 times, left messages and have emailed and still nothing.

Wish to return an item, but no response to numerous emails over 3 weeks. Telephone number just goes to answer machine. DO NOT USE this company.

This company has zero care for customers. Ordered something 20/12, it’s now 8/12, nothing received. None of emails responded to, phone is not answered. It’s a complete joke and clearly either a scam or fraudulent business. I will be taking it up with my bank to recover the money and he reporting them to trading standards!

This is a scam company, do not order anything from them. They do not send the goods, they do not respond to emails phone messages and they don't answer the phone. But they definitely send you nothing.
Please avoid!

Was having work done and had joiner booked. Placed order on 09.11, took payment but heard nothing a week later so followed up advising our joiner was booked in and we needed the moulding. They advised package has been lost, and agreed to send out replacement on 24 hour next day delivery. Replacement never arrived. Ive contacted them several times by phone and email and have been ghosted. When you call you cant speak to anyone you just have to leave a message that noone replies to. Avoid

Placed order on standard 2 - 5 working day delivery, credit card charged and automatic order confirmation email received. After hearing nothing for a week, emailed for update - no reply. Over next two weeks attemped to contact five more times via phone, email and message via website with no response and no delivery. This is a fraudulent site, happy to take money with no intention of delivering product. Reported to credit card company who thankfully gave full refund. Avoid!

Item arrived 1 week after ordering. Was a bit sceptical after seeing other reviews and the fact they don't respond to emails and no one ever answered the phone. However can't fault the product or delivery timescales.

Never sent product. Don’t respond to emails or answer phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am reporting now as suspect I have been ripped off. I am contacting my bank to report suspected fraud

Scam. Money taken from bank, no confirmation email, not answering phone calls nor email. Will be reporting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Another dire review for this load of scammers. Received damaged part, emailed, no reply. Filled in contact form, no reply. Telephoned - it rang out at first, then after repeated calls someone switched it to answerphone, which clicks in after one ring. Have just completed a chargeback form with my bank. Wish I'd seen these reviews first and saved myself a load of hassle. Hopefully they'll be out of business soon.

Charged £19.99 for delivery and it’s not arrived after 1 month. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact them but they don’t respond. They don’t answer the phone, (sometimes they even pick it and put it down), they don’t respond to emails and I think this place is a con. We will be contacting our bank to reclaim the money back. As they’ve taken over £55 for something they can’t provide. I’d avoid and use a reputable company.

Chasing an order update. No responses to messages or phone calls. Wasted my money. Avoid this company

Bunch of cowboys if you ask me. Ordered a large 3m threshold strip that cost over £50 in a dark colour. When it arrived, totally different colour to what I ordered. Emailed & rang about 7 times all told, left messages & not once did they answer me. Don't touch with a barge pole

Product was delivered quickly and in great condition. Was notified of delivery every step of the way.

Fraudulent company - this is a scam. Placed an order, no communication since, do not answer phone/emails etc. The few reviews on trustpilot all say the same. The single positive review is from a director of a liquidated flooring company at the same address - do not trust. Will be reporting to action fraud tomorrow.

Recently purchased some solid oak Stair nosings x 13. Great communication from the seller. Asked me to send a sample of my floor to get the correct colour and they have arrived today!!! They are perfect. I’m so happy. Highly recommend!

Dreadful company! Still waiting for my goods to be delivered. Have left numerous tel messages because no one answers the phone and sent lots of emails. I receive one reply from 'Mary' apologising and nothing else since. Have requested refund several times, but this company seems to have fallen down a black hole since taking my £80!!!!
