Patient and helpful staff.
I placed an order by phone and needed to have the goods delivered to a Pick Up shop. The staff were incrediblt helpful and arranged the delivery which arrived the next day. I was particularly impressed that the member of staff had waited whilst I looked up the pick up shop address.
