Nationwide Trailer Parts do it again (in a good way!)
I have used Nationwide Trailer Parts numerous times and they always dispatch correctly and quickly. My last order of a load bar was ordered Wednesday and delivered Friday. Always happy to recommend this company.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Bought an item that wasn't correct. Still unused and packaged in original delivery box. Manager was rude and unhelpful. He then hung up on me intentionally, and rejected my call when I tried to call back. Just an unpleasant and unnecessary experience. Was a shame as I would have used this company in the future for their product line.
