Went to MR PLASTICS yesterday and what a great company this is,took time on looking for a cut piece of alloy for our kitchen and even cut to the exact measurement.the company went over and beyond anything I could have wished for and it fitted perfectly.

We recently renovated a house and got our kitchen work tops, splash back and flooring from here. We were so pleased with everything we got but even more pleased with the customer service. Outstandingly customer centric. Having been into the shop a couple of times, and got several quotes for different worktops, they gave me a free swatch pack to take home. Once we understood what we needed I rang, took advantage of the free cutting service (to reduce weight), indeed they asked for a picture of the current layout to ensure which end was cut, as three edges are finished on the Axiom range.

Then when the worktops did arrive they were all well protected, each being wrapped in bubble wrap, with VERY good EPE foam edge protection.

Really great experience

Having bought all my shower boards here, and the add on trims etc I found the service second to none. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The same applies to their delivery drivers, nothing is too much. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services when needed.

Went in the other day for a BLACK inch and a quarter reducer but they only had white in stock.

Before I knew it out come the black permanent marker….. and BANG like magic I now had the black reducer I was looking for!!

I ordered a 2.5m plastic trim from the company that was shipped the following day. During transit, the item was snapped in half. I contacted the company who shipped a replacement piece the very next day. I am delighted with the quality of the product and the excellent customer service. Fully recommended and I will be using them for future orders

The service I encountered at Mr Plastic was outstanding today. I was only after a couple of small items but the staff went way out of there way to be helpful and give me expert advice . I will recommend to family and friends 100 %. I dont normally ask for names but felt in this instance I needed to. Josh you are a credit to the business 👍

Items took a while to arrive - no fault of Mr Plastic, just Royal Mail being slow. Helpful to provide tracking number.

However when they arrived, the finish of the cut acrylic sheets was pretty poor. While aware they would be cut and not have polished edges, almost every edge was rough and burred, with quite a few being cracked.

I emailed in a picture to express disappointment, but have not yet received a reply.

We ordered oak worktops which arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately we discovered that we had made a very costly error in the measurements we supplied to Mr Plastic. We explained what we had done to them and they tried in every way to mitigate our mistake including a home visit. Every effort was made by them to get round the problem. It would be most unlikely to get this level of customer service from an online supplier. Top marks Mr Plastic.
