You ordered a Polypipe RD502W and we have had no reports of any change to the size of that item from Polypipe nor from any customers. We sell 20-30 of these every week.
We only sell genuine Polypipe fittings, we of course do not know that you are replacing.
We are disappointed to receive a 1-star review as the review should be about our service to you, not the item. If you had have contacted us, we could have arranged a return and refund for you.
