Excellent delivery service. Only negative is you cant return unused items to Norwich branch if you've ordered online. You have to either post back or take back to dereham branch.

Could do better with communication
Placing order was straightforward and had a phonemail the next day advising of delivery next week. Day of delivery waited till 4:50 no sign of delivery rang up to be told courier had a computer hitch and delivery would now be Friday. Disgusting service not to be informed of any issues with delivery especially has i was charged £54.99 for delivery

We can only apologise for this and are as disappointed as you that you waited in and your order didn't arrive when you expected it to, and arrived the next day. Your order was for 2 breakfast bars, so the delivery charge is the best we can do for such heavy items. Again, we thank you for your open and honest review and have passed on your comments to the courier company so that they can improve their service to both our customers and us. Thank You.
First class service from Mr Plastic.
Placed order on line on Bank Holiday Monday, received a telephone call on the Tuesday saying we can deliver today if that is convenient. Delivered as promised, and everything as ordered. First class service.

Excellent service only one gripe and that is the lack of trust, I trusted you by paying for the goods before they were delivered but when one of the pieces arrived damaged you needed me to take a picture of the damaged piece and send it to you, that means trust only works one way, Tank you for the prompt service Frank.

We have looked into this and we have no record of emails to you regarding this matter. However, it is company procedure to ask for images of damaged items so that we can investigate them with our couriers and our drivers to discover the reason for the damage and ensure that it doesn't happen in the future to other customers.
