I have had outstanding service from Charlotte at Natural Health World. I had previously bought Nature's Response body butter elsewhere, and I bought a new batch from Natural Health World. Unfortunately the texture was quite different, with a solid consistency not the usual yogurt-like smoothness. I sent photos but it's not easy to show the consistency of a white cream in a photo. Charlotte was really helpful. She contacted the manufacturers to find out if the product recipe had changed, and when the manufacturers just didn't reply to her, she went to the warehouse to check about other products in stock. She sorted it all out for me, and was pleasant and friendly throughout.
These days, so many place provide terrible customer service. So it's particularly great when somewhere actually goes above and beyond, and provides fantastic service. Thank you Charlotte, and I will certainly be using Natural Health World again.

I regularly take their Moveit joint capsules and use the Moveit cream to help keep my knee getting better after a serious injury. It really helps soothe it a lot :)
