Service and replacements
I have recently purchased 2 lots of sleepers and rainbow sandstone from Natural stone and timber and the advice and service received was great.
The branch manager even replaced some of the broken slabs that had become damaged in the pallet.
I’m happy to use their services again.

We have recently laid Natural Stone in our Kitchen and Oak flooring in our Hall and Lounge.
We are so pleased and can say our rooms have been transformed.
The quality of all the flooring is outstanding and good value.
Staff are knowledgeable of their products, so their advice was much appreciated.

If you are capable to read your own website description I’m sure you will find it. Furthermore , when I inquired about returns I was met with ignorance and negligence , you are quite possible the worst paving company I have ever come across.

Impressed by the excellent customer service from Adam and Anthony (at the Winchester branch) together with their delivery driver and also colleague Martin, I felt it only right to submit a review that reflects my thanks for their actions. Timely responses to my queries via phone/email, consequent efficient delivery and resolution of my order ensure five star rating. I would not hesitate in recommending the company.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Refuse to replace “one” limestone slab that had loads of natural staining in it . Then appalling treatment in the branch and by so called managers . Avoid at all costs. I will.
