Desperation comment

The company hasnt installed the light in my house for 1 month now, claiming that the measurer was not on reach, I had to build an exterior wall to move all the cables outside the house and nothing yet. My wife and 2 months old baby are suffering the because of the inpetitude of this tyrants that think because they are the only company that can provide the service they can do whatever the hell they want. Hope they pay for what they are doing to us.

Money extortion and service denial

Naturgy Panama extorted money from us maintaining we should pay an extra sum of money even though we had transferred money to our account to cover the bills. If we wouldn't comply/pay fast enough Naturgy reserve right to cut off the power to our house. We, my wife and I live part time in Panama, Anton, Hacienda El Miardor and this has just happened to us where Naturgy insisted that we pay $250 even though we had transferred money to our Naturgy account before where that amount should cover current electricity bills. We are battling with Naturgy since April 2023 sending 14 e-mails so far but to no avail. Company meanwhile sends replies that they will investigate our case and will take some action within 15 days but so far there is no solution. With every e-mail, we are advised that they will send our case to "other" department, and that goes and goes forever. Naturgy staff even admitted seeing our transfers of money, but they don't know how to move it within our account to pay for our invoices. Is that our problem? So, evidently Naturgy keeps our transferred money but ask for more or the power to our house will be cut off. This is an evident case of a money extortion and service denial should the requested extra money be not paid. This is a bad situation requiring legal action. What I see in the Facebook Naturgy's customers who are frequently being targeted are mostly expats who may not know where to turn for help. I even heard that due to these actions some expats decided to leave Panama for good! There is a myriad of other countries with more honest services. I am of the opinion that the Panamanian government should look into Naturgy's illegal dealings. Naturgy Panama acts illegally, extorting money from its customers. I would give 0 or negative stars for this company if that was possible. They are bunch of thieves, gangsters and cheats!

They are a bunch of crooks and cowboys

They are a bunch of crooks and cowboys! I have a contract with Iberdrola and suddenly they take it over, because somebody had called them and made a contract in my name! After I complain they refuse to cancel the contract and undo everything, but start billing me and disconnect me from Iberdrola. Unbelievable! They just steal contracts!

bunch of crooks

Trying to charge me €144 for 18 days of water heating. Saying the "real" reading was taken (it wasn't) and I still haven't reached this reading after 5 months! Constantly overcharging and taking ages to refund money owed. They have now passed the "debt" to an agency!
I don't need this hassle.

I had a new contract with Naturgy and…

I had a new contract with Naturgy and with direct debit to my account. They sent no invoices and I could not pay since I had no invoices or any account number. Then they cut the electricity without any notice. I finally managed to pay by credit card. I have now waited for more than two days to get the electricity back. They do not answer the phone. This is completely unacceptable and the service is non existent.

Cancelled contract...

We have signed a contract, and 14 days later we still don't have electricity. Finally I have managed to contact Naturgy and they said that my contract was cancelled and they can't give me an explanation why ... No e-mail, no call, no nothing ... I was waiting like a fool for something that was cancelled without my knowledge. What a fraud!!! You don't deserve even a one star review!!!

I have been trying to get the gas…

I have been trying to get the gas reconnected in my new apartments for more than three weeks. I was promised gas first on Aug. 31 and then on Sept. 10 but don’t have it. The English language help does not seem to be staffed and the Regular help people — understandably — don’t want to deal with my Spanish.I have no idea what to do to resolve this.

My experience with this company is the…

My experience with this company is the worst!!!! They did not send the bill to my house and obviously I could not pay without the bill and they just cut their service without any communication! Unbelievable! After I create an account in their app, I could pay it. Then It takes 72hour for them to accept the payment and more 48hours to re connect the gas again. Totally unacceptable!!!! They are THE WORST!!!!

Estafadores

Rip off of a company. They still charge at 21% since government changed it to 10%. Invoices without any details and high rates. Changed to Fenie Energy, stay away from this company would be my advise.

Horrible service

I can speak Spanish, but obviously lack vocabulary for technical things like discussing power bills. I called and spoke to a man who offered to transfer me to someone who spoke English. I agreed and was promptly sent back to the very beginning where I had to choose the option to speak to someone in another language. I did, and waited. A woman answered in Spanish. I asked if she spoke English and she said no but she could transfer me directly to someone. I agreed and again was sent back to the beginning where I had to choose another language. I waited, and the call was picked up, again, in Spanish. I told this third person that I was tired of waiting and listening to the horrendous hold music and that I would try in Spanish. She tried to help me but lost patience with me because I didn't instantly understand everything she was saying. Every time I tried to speak, she would cut me of and speak at length, very quickly, about god knows what. In the end, both of us angry and frustrated, she offered to transfer me directly, yet again, to someone who spoke English. I waited for a few minutes only to be greeted by an English voice recording telling me that there was no one there to take my call and to please try back later. 40 mins and I've gotten no where except being yelled at by someone who should not be in a customer service position and having horrible hold music stuck in my head.
