Fraud services and misleading staff
After my review got posted here, i received a call from Mr.Hari Mahal to withdraw my review and give a five-star rating. This is really annoying and also my evidence regarding gradeless service of Naukri paid service. It's been really long and I have not got any relevant openings. Worst of the worst services. Requesting all to kindly beware before paying a single rupee to such fraudsters as their tone changes after they receive the amount in their account and services decline and cheating starts. Please do not apply for this paid services. All fake UI.

Worst Job Site Naukri.com, rely on Linkedn
It's been almost a month since I opted for the subscription and zero phone calls from recruiters or an company. The person who sold the service was supposed to call me right after 20 mins when I signed in for subscription to help me with resume making and provide more details, right after the money was deducted no one called me. I requested a call back and received a call, they had to say it's the sales team you reached and you need you need to reach out on 1-800 number.

Beware of Hidden Terms and Lack of Responsiveness
I recently had an experience with Naukri.com, and I must say that it left me extremely disappointed. The job posting I purchased was only valid for a month, which I assume must have been mentioned somewhere in the fine print. However, this important detail was not adequately highlighted, and I ended up finding out about it later.
After posting the job, I received an email confirming that it was live on the website. I was initially hopeful, but my optimism quickly faded. On the 5th of February 2023, I received an email from the compliance and legal department, requesting me to provide supporting documents or hiring mandates for the job posting by the end of business hours on the same day. This sudden demand caught me off guard and added unnecessary stress to the already frustrating situation.
To make matters worse, as my job subscription was about to expire, I realized that I hadn't received a single resume. Zero, nil, nada. It became evident that Naukri.com did not prioritize the success of my job posting once they received my payment. Their lack of care and responsiveness was evident throughout the entire process.
This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I strongly advise other startups and MSMEs to steer clear of this greedy and useless company. Instead, explore other platforms that prioritize customer satisfaction and demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping businesses find the right candidates. Naukri.com has proven to be nothing more than a disappointment, and I regret wasting my time and resources on their services.

the number of applicants received even after 20 days is just one !! . I have posted this job in a tier two city.
Marketing roles are one of the common roles that gets published everywhere. i have complained to naukri about the low perfomance and they say Job Posting is an open platform, hence applies depend upon job seekers interest.
