As I enrolled on the service expecting I would get a call from the recruiters and it would be easy for my job search as my leg is fractured I thought it would be convenient to find a job through Naukri. However, nothing much happens. I was unemployed for 6 months and purchased your subscription after Niraj a sales executive explained about the same. However, the result is very poor and I would like to cancel my subscription. Please refund my entire money if not I will be moving legally.

Poor Company, Bad software, Poor customer services
Naurki and Naukri Gulf are both pathetic. Sales team is aggressive but services are reactive. The algorithm they use does not match jobs which are off use. You do not get any calls and just keeps sending spams.

I got the call from naukri.com that my…
I got the call from naukri.com that my profile got shortlised for the job in banking sector. Then in starting they said to pay the amount around 1900 and said that will be refunded. After that they took the amount for laptop, adding account, gst registration etc. I trusted them is the biggest mistake I have done. Now they are saying they will refund the amount but there is not any confirmation regarding the job and my money. My bank account goes to nil what I have earned till now.
I request to the complaint team of naukri.com to please return my amount as soon as possible and look into the issue.
I also suggest other people to not get stuck in such fake calls from naukri.com.
Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible.

I Purchased Subscription more than 5 times, Every time I got 2-3 Matching resumes out of 500 Resumes.
Then I am using that system to send the mail. But after contacting with the Employees they said, they didn't receive mail.
And at last, I want to download the invoice. So, for that I have to mail them. Which they never response.

I tried premium and am now stuck with Naukri spam
I tried the paid service and it generated lots of low value and irrelevant candidates. The big problem was that they you put you on their email marketing spam lists without any way to unsubscribe.
I have tried 10+ times to unsubscribe and they keep emailing me. Unprofessional and not on these days Naukri!

I am an employer and I had a horrible…
I am an employer and I had a horrible experience with Naukri.com. The sales person sold a 5 hot vacancy plan to me saying that I can post 5 vacancies over the year. After posting 3 vacancies my account was decativated. When I asked why , I was told that they have a rule that if a vacancy is posted for more than 3 locations , then it requires extra credit meaning more than one job positing is used. Now please note they do mention this in their 'fine print' but when an employer is creating the posting and selecting locations , nowehere does it throws an alert to you if you select nore than 3 locations that you will be using more than 1 job credit - are you ok with that.
When I told the sales person about this he just threw the fine print in my face.
