What a shower of s#*t
What a shower of s#*t, ordered a clutch kit only to find it was completely the wrong clutch plate. Messaged them countless times on ebay, only to be answered by someone who obviously had no idea what they were talking about. I've now ended up with stuck with a useless clutch kit as they won't refund me.
No help no refund, oh and they like to lie about the warranty too saying it only had 6 months. When it's clear on the ebay page 4 years warranty.
Stay well clear of these cowboys, bunch of morons who shouldn't be selling on ebay.

Clutch kit not fit for sale
Clutch kit not fit for sale, remanufactured and also a bad remanufactured one at that, the clutch disk was frayed even before the clear seal packaging was opened. LUK confirmed it is not a genuine one and is remanufactured in China. In the long run spend more on genuine parts it will save you money from labour at the garage, trading as techniclutch on eBay.
Same experience as most people who have…
Same experience as most people who have left reviews on here. Wrong clutch sent, terrible communication from seller. Cost me double trying to save a few quid. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. But to be fair they are trading under a different name (techniclutch) on eBay so the real name of the company was only discovered after much searching online. Worst company I’ve had the misfortune to deal with.
THE ONLY WAY FOR A REFUND IS VIA. GOV SMALL CLAIMS COURT £35!
Never return your broken clutch to this company! Once they get it back you will here nothing more from them. The only action to take is using the online service open a small claims court against them which costs £35! I had to do this as they refused a refund. I received a cheque in the post for my out of pocket expenses and the £35 I paid to open the claim. Do not enter into any other communication as it falls on deaf ears!
Just search.. Small claims court. It is a DOT GOV site easy to do £35!
Get your refund as I had to do!!
Hope this helps.
Thieves
Asked them to cancel order as wrong part that’s when communication stopped and parcel sent out anyway. Iv reported them to eBay and asked eBay to look at trust pilot.
Dog t*urd clutch…
Bought a solid flywheel clutch conversion kit for a 1.7 diesel Astra. After p*ssing about for 4 hours fitting it I found it was no good. It slipped straight from the start. I had a Sachs cover, some unknown Chinese made friction plate and a csc of dubious looking quality.
I should have just paid the extra £120 for a proper LUK kit.
At least it would have fitted and worked.
They may as well have just sent a box with a dog t*urd in it..
Also trades as techniclutch on eBay.
Also trades as techniclutch on eBay.
I purchased a Delphi alternator after checking with them it was correct fitment, they said it was the listed alternator for my car.
Upon fitting it The DME didn’t ‘see’ the alternator so was throwing a fault code for BSD, and charge rate was running at fixed failure voltage with no control.
Spoke to someone else at techniclutch who said it is not correct one for my car, they do not do the correct Delphi only a Lucas one which was £190 more. I opted to have a refund and source a replacement from bmw instead.
The person I dealt with had no issue with this and arranged for parcelforce to collect and they would refund when it’s received by them. This is when the problems started, after it arrived back with them communication stopped and no refund was made. Tried several times to contact them but got no reply.
Ended up having to go through PayPal resolution to get my money back.
After reading the reviews I would strongly advise using a different company as this outfit appear to be scammers.
Also known as Techniclutch
Also known as Techniclutch, as they trade on eBay.. Fake and poorly reconditioned parts.. Stay clear and save some ballache
RIP OFF
Bought Clutch kit for my VW sharan. Paid £188.99p as part was mentioned
LUK brand. They sent me in a plain carton. No mention of any brand. Call them but were refusing to refund saying only credit voucher will be issued. When I told them watch my review and further action, they came up with supplying LUK dual mass kit, but I should pay £180 on top. When I refused they drop the price to £121.
Agreed and paid £121. After 2days they sent me reconditioned Dual Mass Clutch kit with fake LUK box.
I am trying to call them but they not answering my call. Made a big mistake by not going through the review. I won't give up. I will contact action fraud police and Trading standards. Or will drag them to the Court.
Worse company to deal with cheap shoddy…
Worse company to deal with cheap shoddy parts, bought from eBay as others have stated they say they have sent a paper and email copy of the invoice, as a company I rarely delete these things, teeth came off the new flywheel after less then 1000 miles and jammed up the clutch.
Won’t weren’t as I have no invoice number, rude on the phone who thinks he’s something he isn’t. Rude and don’t give a monkeys about anything. Have now contacted EBay to try to get a refund.
stay away from this company we as a…
stay away from this company we as a company got a 4 peice clutch kit with flywheel meant to be branded as sachs for a 1.9 diesel sabb 93, after only 8,000 miles it started rattling & slipping.
they basically said it was outside warranty after 6 months when it had a 4 year 40,000 mile warranty.
and also asked for a invoice they they never sent out via paper or via email as i never delete stuff for customers parts.
please please please let get people together to get this place shut down as they are ripping people off and giveing out poor excuses, and when i tood them to contact sachs they said they wouldn't do anything??? i wondered why maybe there don't buy from tyem and parts or refurbished or fakes avoid this company techniclutch on ebay amazon etc or ncduk national clutch like the plage.

Complete scammers
Complete scammers, from day 1 the smf conversion kit for my 06 passat 1.9tdi made a vibration they said it was bedding in process so I leaved it 2 months later got progressively worse they kept demanding the invoice number for the sale which I couldn't find I advised them I could prove payment through PayPal & ebay however they still insisted on the invoice number. I eventually found the invoice number to which I sent them, then they stated there was only a 6 month warranty which was complete lies as there was nowhere in the listing stating this it did state 4 years or 40000 miles warranty. I trusted them to offer a refund....my BIG MISTAKE PayPal couldn't refund me because they stated it was outside the 180 days however I said I was inside the 180 days because I waited almost a week on the item arriving. They stated the 180 days starts from purchase date not the date you received it. Believe you me I will get my money refunded even if I have to go to the small claims court there is no way their getting away with this. I have since purchased another kit elsewhere which works a treat but has cost me an extra £150 to fit. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company at all costs I just wish I had of researched them first before I bought from them.
Scammed myself by these cowboys- sold…
Scammed myself by these cowboys- sold me the wrong clutch back in November and could not get it fitted due to Covid (so I did not know it was the wrong one) Then when I asked them to change it for the correct one- they refused. Utter scum. I'm 67, only on a state pension - phoned and asked the bloke who is a really cocky, arrogant **** just talks over you as he's got your money.
God pays debts with Karma.

Absolute scammers. Cheap used parts have been refurbished. They will rob you then ignore you. 89% of reviews are maked as 1. If there was a zero there would be 89% zero. Buy at your peril. You will be left disappointed and despondent. There are enough warnings here. Why do you think they keep changing their name> DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHYSTERS!
