Absolutely awful company. They lie and take your money. They say they have dispatched your goods when they haven’t and delay every way they can to give you a refund. Keep away from this company

Bought a clutch kit from these jokers. Slave cylinder supplied was missing the extension tube so couldn't use it. Bought another cylinder from a local supplier. Garage fitted the clutch and it slipped badly when road tested. Garage stripped it out and fitted another clutch kit from Europarts....perfect. Sent faulty clutch back and refunded via ebay. When compared alongside Europarts, the pressure plate looked like a used part shot-blasted to look like new. Garage charged me twice for sorting this mess out....BE WARNED!!!

Appalling!! Resorted to Small Claims Court for settlement. You have been WARNED!!!!

So I bought a 4 piece clutch kit from a company called Techniclutch (I later found out their legal name is Nationwide Clutch Distributors UK Ltd) on eBay in November 2020.

Due to the Covid Lockdown, I was not able to get the car to a garage until the end of February 2021. After the garage installed the items they said the Clutch was slipping which is unusual but it should bed in. I didn't think much of it.

About 150 miles down the road the engine started shaking and I had to come and get the car recovered by the garage. They took the car back and took the gearbox out to find the Flywheel had become faulty after 150 miles.

I contacted the company who refused to give me a refund and said they would swap out the Clutch for another one. PayPal refused to do anything along with eBay.

It will now cost me an extra £700 for another Clutch plus the garage for collecting my car, and removal and refitting of a Clutch.

Shocking company!!!!! Recieved my returned itam from them and won't refund me and wait 3 months for the couriers tracking to refresh so I have no proof it was delivered. YES THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER 3-4 MONTHS TO PROMISE A REFUND AND NOW REFUSE. take screenshots and video recordings of tracking when they happen so you have all the proof you can get !!!

Counterfeit parts, con merchants, horrible people to deal with, please please do not buy from this company, also knows as techniclutch. After nearly 2 months of dispute I had it resolved through PayPal. A lot of unnecessary stress, you have been warned, this is not the bargain you think it is. BEWARE.

Absolute joke of a company, taking peoples money for incorrect parts, basically ripping people, off how are these people allowed to trade and ebay endorse them by removing bad feedback against them, which could be a warning to there next victim, to anyone who thinks they are getting a bargain be warned ! all you are purchasing is a load of hassle and stress, then try to get resolution with unprofessional people your just waisting your time. STAY WELL CLEAR !!!

Bought a Sierra Cosworth 4x4 clutch for powers and torque exceeding 350 hp&NM on eBay.
The image showed an AP racing box and the content.

I received a box with a different brand, a part with codes missing (scratched away with some kind of tool) and the clutch was far from an original AP quality standard.

I am sure I'll receive the refund as I am on ebay and paid with PayPal but I won't do that again.

Check twice and take pictures of what you get.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing! If only I'd read the reviews for this company before dealing with them earlier this year I would not have gone near them with a barge pole! I've had the same terrible experience as many, many, many others here - right part ordered - wrong part received - part returned straight away but no refund received.Told we would never have been told we would receive a refund (lies) only a credit note! So they have their part back to sell on and my money in their bank account! Smacks of robbery to me! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Clutch did not fit properly.
Gears wouldn't go in and my mechanic had to fix something to make it work.
Unfortunately it still does not work properly and the clutch wasn't "uprated", so I also have clutch slippage.
I am sorry but this company is a scam.
The pressure plate was either used and painted or something was not right with it.

Purchased 'brand new LUK' clutch, flywheel and slave cylinder kit.

Send used parts disguised to look new, this corroborated by a trusted well-reviewed local garage. They originally admitted a 'mix up'. After dragging on for seven weeks changed their mind, claimed all parts were brand new.

They were extremely rude on the phone, and frequently lied. Absolute con artists - avoid at all costs or risk losing your money!

I rang in twice before I ordered speaking to Michael and then again Dale they was both very knowledgeable and even explained why bmws was notoriously tricky to find and what parts would be branded and unbranded. Common sense told me it wouldn't be fully branded as you wouldn't buy raybans for 40 pounds and expect them to be rayban branded. They also saved me money by pointing me in the right direction in a playful friendly manner. 100% would use again dont know why they get such a bad reputation keep doing what your doing techniclutch as I am one happy customer !

Ncduk - in my experience known as Techniclutch, are possibly the worse company I have ever had to deal with. Supplied not only the wrong parts but also of sub standard or poorly reconditioned - when advertised as new. They admitted they had picked the order incorrectly but I still had to pay returns. Still no refund, eventually got refund through Paypal. All this took about 6 weeks. NEXT TIME I will read Trustpilot reviews and then decide to purchase or not.
