Aka techniclutch.
Avoid at all cost,if anything does go wrong with your clutch or smf you will be lucky to get anything replaced or refund.
It shows 40000 miles/4 year wrrenty on the eBay listing but apparently that is at extra cost(no mention of that in the listing though).
They take along time to answer emails and have a big book of excuses and like others have mentioned some parts come in plain boxes.
My mondeo tdci smf was slipping from the start so they told me weird reasons that it could be so obviously think that everyone is stupid.
Six months passed and they said that it is out of warrenty now so I will have to pay for replacement parts.
I thought that I had a 40000/4 year warrenty,I would stay clear of this company.

I bought a clutch off this company and it was faulty. It’s cost me labour X2 to get it fixed and they did not refund me, so had to open a case to get my money back. Thankfully I bought via eBay so it got sorted. Only one thing to say about them ROBBERS

Do not buy. They also go by the name "techniclutch" on ebay, same people, same excuses, same crap. Ordered a full kit at christmas and it was a mess. Returned it and they said money will be refunded by 4/2/19, no refund, would not answer phones or be any way helpful at all. I started the case with ebay amd here i am nearly a month later finally with my refund. By the looks of it im a lucky one actually getting a refund, but you have to fight hard for it as these guys will do everything to keep your money. If you pay peanuts you get monkeys, lesson learned. Save yourself the hassle and go to a manufacturer with some integrity.

Wrote off my car, bought the full clutch kit from them and had it fitted, failed on the way home, car is making a hell of a racket, had the car inspected and said the clutch had failed and it would cost another £250 on top of the £530 total cost of the repair just to strip it down to send back, now left with a useless car that’s only good for the scrap as I cannot afford to fix again

DO not purchase anything from this company as they will take your money and not honour the warranty and there clutches are very substandard. Please report this company techniclutch/ncduk and its directors there names to be found on company directors search websites to BBC watchdog and consumer direct as the more people to report this company the better and hopefully someone will take note and try to get refunds for all the people that have been ripped off. STAY WELL CLEAR AND PURCHASE YOUR CLUTCH FROM A REPUTABLE DEALER AND NOT THESE MUPPETS.

Do not use this company. I received the wrong clutch kit and the local garage fitted it only to find that in fact was for a different model of my car. They would not help in sending another kit until the wrong one had been returned. The local garage sourced a local supplier who supplied the correct kit through various conversations with LUK uk had told us we had been sent the wrong kit. They have not even made a refund even with the returned kit. I am now in the process of taking this up with ebay to get a refund. Beware if you are not supplied the right kit this company will NOT offer you any support or customer service. This company has cost me two clutch kit installations and no refund.

Should anyone want to pay for a clutch; get it delivered Next Day only to find that the box contained no clutch plate or pressure plate.Then spend the next 4 weeks trying to get your money back and being treated like a fool feel free to order your clutch off these guys..

Luckily for me I ordered off E bay,and after a Month E Bay refunded me my money.

Techniclutch or Ncduk as they are now called are a disgrace.PLEASE DON'T BUY OFF THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GRIEF ,THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON.THE SOONER TRADING STANDARDS GET INVOLVED THE BETTER

This company is a sham do not use or if you do please google before hand to get a true picture of this company.
Even eBay seems to be deleting all negative feedback so it appears that they have 98% positive feedback how ever all the negative have been deleted!
I have first hand experience of this Very disappointed.

I really wish I could award a lower rating as this company does not even deserve a star at all. Bought a complete clutch kit from them as techniclutch via eBay. Kit arrived in plain white boxes which did make me wonder.
The pressure plate literally fell apart after just 4 months and 1500 miles. After lots of time wasting and then insisting all correspondence was via surface mail i finally ran out of patience and am taking them to court to recover both the costs of the kit and the labour costs for fitting .
Now they decide to respond blaming oil contamination - totally bogus and untrue.

Don't waste your money, shockingly bad service and will not honor your warranty!

Ncduk SCAM/ CON/ FRAUD techniclutch ebay. Firstly sent out second hand flywheel painted silver! CSC missing completely! Drilled out 228mm cover plate!! So replacement was sent out -still 228mm friction plate and pressure plate Chinese copy SMF !! Claimed over the phone it was correct and what i ordered!! I explained i have been a Mechanic for over 25 years and know copy/ reman. parts when i see them!!
Purchased 240mm clutch and SMF for ASZ / BLT 130 /96kw for £250! Sent it all back to FY4 2RT for a refund...Still waiting a week later!!!

I bought a rubbish clutch from this lot for an xtype jag a few years ago so they never change I took em to the small claims court and lost the mail that went missing in the blackpool area is unbelievable how they have got away with selling junk for so long is unreal l was out of pocket quite a lot PLEASE BEWARE spend a few more quid and go somewhere else.

Never order from here. Sent wrong item and claimed it fitted my vehicle even though it didn't. Tried to talk me into how it did fit my vehicle, chatting absolute garbage. Also advertised the whole kit as being Sachs even though it's just the DMF and pressure plate which actually is sachs. Never buy from here!

Purchased a dual mass flywheel from the eBay store for a scenic 1.5 2009 mk3 for £200 luk. It was delivered next day albiet not in the original box however it does state this on the auction. I did check on the phone with them before it was sent that it would defiantly fit my car, the answered the phone straight away with great support. If I purchased this flywheel at the local motor factors it would have been double the price because it comes with the flywheel bolts. This flywheel however did not but was not a problem Renault sold me the seven bolts for around £25 so still a substantial saving from the local motor factors. I would be happy to buy from in the future.

I bought a SACHS Flywheel and clutch kit and release bearing from them off EBay to receive a SACHS Flywheel and an aftermarket clutch kit and release bearing.

When I contacted them they proceeded to tell me the advert is a generic advert and the pictures used in the advert were actually taken from another persons advert and the advert was a generic advert.

When I questioned the poor quality in parts they sent me they never argued the point and said I could have a refund.

On the day this all happened i've had to go out and buy a new kit which cost me another £340 on top of the £270 i've already paid them. I've asked for a refund to be told I need to wait up to 8 days for them to respond despite telling me they would arrange a courier within a couple of days.

I'm now out of pocket by £270 and I have a fly wheel and clutch kit which is no good to me and no contact from these jokers to resolve it.

Techniclutch - Bad products, bad service, they dont answer phone calls, they dont reply to emails. Good thing i paid through PayPal and got my money back within two weeks. I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy they are out to con people. Stay well away guys. The price of the clutches and flywheel are not worth the headache that comes with it. 😐

AVOID AT ALL COST.... Wish I could rate any lower than one star when it comes to rating for such a shameful company who is not only letting down their customers but also ruining our contry’s name and reputation.

When it comes to defining my experience, I can’t explain in any other words than hundreds other reviewers have already done on this platform.

I got only myself to blame and can only call myself stupid for falling for this company TechniClutch, despite so many bad reviews but wondering how such scammers are openly trading in UK?????

By the way, I got conned for dual flywheel kit for my Ford Galaxy. When reported, was sked to return on my cost for a full refund, which I did and still waiting for a refund since 26/6/18. Wish I had paid via PayPal but still not bad as Barclaycard is there to support. Let’s see.

The kit arrived in a white cardboard box , the clutch release bearing was new... but not VALEO... THE COVER AND PLATE WERE RECON.
THE PARTS ARRIVED 3 DAYS LATE.... BUT WAIT FOR IT
THEY WERE WRONG PARTS INSIDE THE BOX.
THIS COMPANY IS CRAP. DO NOT USE. YES THEY MIGHT BE CHEAP ON PAPER.... BUT THEY ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE PARTS AS THEY ARE RUBBISH. LIKE THE OWNER OF THIS SHAM COMPANY. EDDY MANN ALFAMAN SERVICES

DO NOT BUY A CLUTCH FROM THIS COMPANY. STAY CLEAR, CLUTCH FAILED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF BEING INSTALLED, TERRIBLE PARTS.
