Worst Detailing Experience

I purchased a 2024 Nissan Versa SR on 02/09/2024 and brought it to Nick Rolocut, Northern CT Professional Detailers, LLC on 02/21/24 to have a ceramic coating applied and the interior cleaned. They coated over water spots, over my SENSORS (rendering them useless), and my windshield wipers, and they scratch the cluster lens on the instrument panel. I brought the car back to have the coating removed and was told that the coating on window trim could not be removed. (Nick Rolocut actually tried convincing me that the spots were caused by ocean water on voyage here!) Apparently they tried, because I now have scratches in addition to water spots. After numerous emails (actually after I requested the video surveillance footage of the detailing and where the car was parked overnight), I was given a refund. I brought my car back to my dealership and they gave estimates for fixing the damage Nick Rolocut has incurred to my vehicle. ($2002.81) Nick Rolocut is refusing to pay. Nick Rolocut is rude and condescending, and as for detailing my car, has zero integrity.
