I love Neck On The Line! There are always so many items that I love.

I always find it hard to find jewellery of decent quality in designs that I’d buy but this brand always delivers.

The quality is decent, I’ve had the pieces that I own for a good while now. I do make sure to not wear them in water and to also keep them away from perfumes and creams.

Quality is 10/10. Not one complaint!

My boyfriend recently gifted me a necklace, earrings, and an anklet from here and I AM IN LOVE. I will definitely be buying more from this store for myself and friends. I can’t wait for them to have more options.

Never received my order, not even sure it was shipped. Customer service ghosts you (email, insta, phone). I have seen other people saying this so it’s not unusual to be ignored by them. I would have ordered again if they had cared a little because I like their designs so much.

I love the gold filled collection so much ! I never take any of my gold filled jewellery off and it doesn’t discolour . The quality is amazing ! Great value for money . The shipping is super quick to.

I loooove neckontheline! Im such a Fan of this Brand since they are always listening to their costumers needs and wishes and their products are so good quality! I ordered a couple necklaces and i get so many compliments since the jewelry is really unique! The customer service is also top, i live in Austria and i never had any issues with the delivery!

Neck on the line is a great company . The website is super easy to use and their pieces are up to date with the kind of pieces people want . The prices are good and the quality is great . The delivery service is super quick and has nice packaging to go along with it . I ordered a piece from there and was super impressed with the quality of it especially the chain , they don’t look cheap at all and go great in sets overall I would recommend buying from them

Love this brand! Affordable and good quality jewellery. They’ve a lot of nice and unique pieces that are great to combine and layer with each other. Delivery mostly takes about 3 working days, and I live outside of the UK. I once ordered a pair of earrings that started to chip before even wearing them and I was send a new pair right away! Great service!

I really wanted to give 5/5 stars as the jewellery itself was beautiful but 2/4 necklaces I ordered broke before I even got to wear them. I have to use the remaining chain (only one with a loose pendant) to swap the charms around so I can’t wear them all at once which is a shame as I love them all! I was thinking of ordering from here again as I’m swapping my gold jewellery out for silver but I’m not too sure, if it wasn’t for the breakage I’d 100% get all my stuff from here :)

Neck On The Line Jewellery is a fantastic little business. They sell beautiful, iconic and trustworthy jewellery products that last a long time and look stunning whenever. The website and very straight forward and easy to get around and all staff are so welcoming, helpful and kind. The product price is very reasonable and very good as you’re paying a small price for such an amazing piece of good quality jewellery. I ordered £150 worth of jeweller from Neck on the Line - my order came in 2 days and everything was perfect! All products looked the same as they did on the website and I was kept updated when my order was shipped, I emailed a question to them and spoke with a girl called Joanna who was super helpful and lovely! They have a life long customer with me now :)

Excellent quality and very quick delivery! The jewellery looked exactly as it did on the website, and the company kept me updated on the progress of my order.

I bought 3 items: the chunky t-bar necklace, the bali hoops and red butterfly earrings.
Instead of the butterfly earrings, I received the necklace version. When I posed an enquiry and emailed customer care, I didn't receive a reply.
The Bali hoops look like they do on the website (very pretty) but they are incredibly heavy! Not suitable at all for wearing. I wear hoops all the time and never have this issue. I understand they are gold plated, but they need to change the production and make them much lighter and therefore more wearable. Or at least specify the weight of their items, not only the dimensions. My holes got stretched when I wore them for a day.
The only item that I was happy with was the necklace (also on the heavier side, but obviously not damaging, unlike the earrings). The delivery was fast and they always have discount codes on their instagram.
but overall, quite disappointing.

Was really pleased with my order! I purchased the Chunky t-bad necklace in silver and absolutely love it!! The quality is great and the packaging is lovely. I had no problem with the delivery process and love the products. I will definitely be purchasing from neck on the line again!
