I bought 2 rings and they were both too…

I bought 2 rings and they were both too big so sent them back asking for one size smaller and followed all instructions properly and if one could be returned. It’s been months now and didn’t get a replacement or refund. I have emailed many times with proof of everything and nobody gets back to me. I’m very disappointed in this as I love the style of jewellery and thought I’d be buying so much more in the future.

Earrings went rusty but offered an exchange

Bought earrings and a necklace set from here 18 months ago. I never got round to wearing it so it just sat in the box in my drawer. To my surprise when I opened the box recently, the earrings had gone completely rusty and discoloured while the necklace was fine. Contacted Neck On the Line and Joanna has now offered me an exchange for a new product.

Poor customer service

I'm really disappointed by the customer service. I ordered a pair of earrings and when they arrived they looked a lot different to the pictures online. I emailed about this and got no reply.
I waited a while but as the returns window was closing I emailed again and still no reply. They don't accept DMs on insta which is where I found them.

They seemed like a nice small independent brand but would avoid in future.

Looks Stunningly Beautiful…

Beautiful Jewllery I bought the 6mm Figaro necklace and 6mm Figaro bracelet and the Verity hooped earring. I usually cannot wear costume jewellery I have highly acidic skin, this is why I went for this product. It looks and feels like real gold really expensive looking and for the price its a bargain . Great delivery and great communication from Joanna who answered my enquiry personally. I highly recommend this seller and her Jewllery. I will update this review after I have worn it for while.

Haven't replaced my broken bracelet

I bought the rope bracelet, and wore it twice. On the second wear the bracelet unraveled!
I sent an email to them straight away and they didn't reply for a week, so I sent another one incase they needed more information.
However they still haven't replied, which is really disappointing.
On the other hand, I also bought a ring and earrings which are still intact and look really nice!

Never purchasing from here again.

Purchased some products from here and never received them. Tried to get in contact with customer service but they are shocking with reply time and now they’ve just vanished. Never got my order or a refund.

Replaced broken item

My necklace broke, a new one one sent, delivery is quite long and customer service takes a while but they exchanged my necklace so I'm happy, thank you.

Quality Jewellery & OK Customer Service

NOTL is one of my favourite jewellery shops. The designs and the quality of the products are excellent. This is the second time I have placed an order from NOTL, however, the order was missing and the delivery was extremely slow. Once I send an e-mail and a message to Instagram DM the owner I believe did get back to me and sent out the replacement ring which was wrong. After that, I need to send another message saying the missing ring has been received but wrong then the right ring was sent out immediately.

Additionally, the customer service is just OK because I don't think there is enough communication. I understand this is a small business, therefore I believe It does manage by only one person or two which causes a lack of communication, but still in the end I received the right ring and was delivered asap.

Professional service & quality jewelry!

Very good company. Their jewelry is beautiful! I’ve ordered from them a few times and have never been disappointed except for most recently. I ordered a necklace and received a bracelet instead but after reaching out to customer service, my problem was resolved quickly. They apologized and sent me the correct order right after. Very professional service and quality jewelry!

£50 lucky dip box

I’ve ordered jewellery from neck on the line before and I’ve always been impressed with the quality for the price. I ordered the £50 lucky dip box and was however very disappointed at the quality of what was sent, it could not of been worth £50 never mind the £100 that was claimed. The necklaces I’ve received I’ve never even seen on the website or Instagram and look cheap and tacky compared to the example box.

MY GO TO FOR ALL THINGS JEWELLERY!!

Ive been shopping with NOTL for 3 years now and they are my absolute go to for jewellery! its hard to find good quality and it still being affordable and NOTL give u that, so many beautiful unique pieces, I wear most of mine everyday and they are still perfect, I've gotten my mum, sister and friends hooked, highly recommend NOTL!!! :)

one of my favourite online jewellery stores

pretty jewellery i haven’t seen anywhere else, good quality for decent prices. lovely owner too! Joanna gives discounts regularly; once there was a malfunction when I purchased an item and my discount didn’t apply so Joanna made sure to refund the difference. i’ve bought quite a few pieces and I have been happy with every experience :)

I have been shipping with NOTL for 5…

I have been shipping with NOTL for 5 years and have always received perfect jewellery, now all My friends shop here! Also so happy to support and female owned small business! Customer service is excellent, never had any problems and will continue to shop here as long as I can woo!
