I was recommended to get NOTL jewellery by a friend and I'm so, so impressed by this jewellery for a really affordable price. So far, so good with me wearing my new necklace and earrings all day for two weeks and no tarnishing at all.

Delivery was fast and all the jewellery came beautifully packaged - they'd make gorgeous gifts and I'm definitely ordering again!

Great experience! Bought a necklace with earrings set a while ago and they have not tarnished since. The packing it came in was beautiful and good quality. 🥰 would highly recommend!

At the end of March this year, I made an order on neck on the line. which I now regret. I ordered earrings that cost 28 pounds and I paid another 6.99 pounds for shipping. The first unpleasant surprise was waiting for me when the courier brought me a parcel (I made an order to Germany), and said that I had to pay customs clearance in the amount of 8 euros….
but the surprises didn't end there. I opened the package and found that one earring was broken. I contacted the support of the store, they answered me that they could send my order again. I agreed. 2 months later I still haven't received anything. after a repeated letter to support, they simply ignore me. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything here, a very unpleasant experience. My money has been wasted...

Placed my first order and chose the lucky dip bag (as I couldn’t decide which pieces to order), every single piece is absolutely stunning, the quality and finish is amazing, in LOVE. The delivery was super quick, 10000% will be ordering again soon! 🤍

Bought 2 necklaces. Took about 3 weeks to arrive. Looked fine at first but both broke within maximum 4 weeks. Contacted them via Instagram and email - awful customer service. Taking ages to even reply. About 4 months later I got 1 new necklace. Would not recommend.

I bought a necklace as gift about 2/3 weeks before the birthday. Unfortunately I got the year wrong she I wanted to exchange for another kind as it was past refund. Messaged them and they agreed to exchanged. Send the necklace back ( with tracking) and never heard from them again. It’s been weeks. I have recently emailed for some sort of update, and they don’t respond.

Im out the ££ and no necklace. Also no customer care.

Shortly after review, I was contacted and 2 weeks later I received a necklace.

Really gorgeous earrings and the green suede pouches they come in are GORJ. The heart earrings influenced me on IG and I’m glad they did

I must say this is a lovely brand my sweet daughter recommended. Beautiful range of jewelry! I bought a necklace and a bracelet and they don't tarnish at all! They sparkle like diamonds! 😍 the only thing that made me a little bit upset is that the necklace is too small and I can't wear it on my neck but no worries because I turned it into a bracelet haha! #getcreative am I right? 😜 Wish you all a blessed day and happy shopping!

I love notl! I’ve ordered jewellery from them many times and they never disappoint. The jewellery is amazing quality for the price and the designs are gorgeous. I wear my pieces in the shower every day without needing to worry about gassing or rusting. They also have amazing customer service!

Received the initials necklace, super cute. It is tarnish free, I can bathe with it on or exercise with no issues. Love the product.

Not good place to buy anything I ordered a set of stuff for my other half before Christmas spent £50. Still haven’t arrived, the owner said he’ll resend it but he didn’t and now he’s not even responding to my emails.
Honest waste of money…

Ordered a ring on the 28th November as a Christmas present, which never came. Sent two emails to ask for them to update me/send a new one/send me a refund and heard nothing back at all.
