Needhams have just done a great job on my house. Martyn the fitter has to be a genius - he took out the massive front window on his own, quite how, I’m not sure - human octopus?
The service from start (thanks Paul Taylor) to finish was seamless and without drama. The quality of the windows and doors is great. Thank you.

Needhams highly regarded fitter Martyn came round today to install the final window 11.02.25. As always a great service from this highly recommended Needham windows. The window looks great and so pleased with quality of UPVC windows and doors Needhams make and install. The whole house now has Needham windows and composite door😊. Needhams are a great door, window and conservatory company who are based in Loughborough. Our experience has been second to none, from the first phone call to the final fit. Had some internal French doors fitted a week ago and are very pleased with the workmanship.
The fitter was very efficient and although he encountered some problems he sorted them out leaving us completely satisfied with the high standard of work.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I contacted our local Needhams representative Paul Taylor, who I knew from asking around my local community. Our house is quite a large Victorian property and due to the size of some of the windows, we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job. There was no hard sell, Paul made the whole process easy to understand, and we felt we were in very safe hands! We received the quote the next day. It was very competitive and Rupes the Surveyor came out the following week. He was here for hours measuring all the windows. We were kept informed about the installation date and when the day came, the guys were absolutely brilliant. They were here for about a week and we are absolutely delighted with the results. The windows and front door look fantastic. We would recommend Needhams without hesitation.

After contacting Needhams about a bodged job done by a local Window Doctor company on our Needhams conservatory, they offered to rectify the problem for us as a token of goodwill. An engineer from Needhams completed the job this morning much to our satisfaction. Thank you Needhams - job well done.

We needed all the windows and doors replacing at our property. Unfortunately in order to keep the look of the property we were limited in the style and colours that we could use.
We had used Needhams before, so they were one of the companies we approached. Rupe, came out and explained the various options that we had, in a clear and informative way. He was very understanding and accommodating when we changed our minds. We never felt under pressure to make a quick decision, as I have found with other window companies. The prices were very competitive and easy to understand, there were no confusing "buy three whilst standing on one leg" offers that other companies try to use.
Arranging the installation with Nathan, was also very straight forward and happened slightly earlier than was initially planned, which was great. The installation took 3 days, but was carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
After Installation, we did spot that there was a slight discolouration to part of the composite door. This was easily missed during installation and turned out to be a manufacturing fault. The reason I mention this is that we were really impressed with the way this was handled and resolved. An inspector visited the following day, the fault was identified, a replacement was ordered, and a suitable time arranged for the replacement part to be fitted. There was no quibbling, or delays and it was clear that they wanted us to be happy with the result, which we are.
Overall a really good company to deal with, I would thoroughly recommend.

Had double glazed uPVC windows fitted today in my lounge and bedroom & Martyn was excellent! He arrived on time, did the job quicker than originally expected, was super friendly and helpful and left no mess at all! Windows look lovely, nice new and clean ! Needhams were very accommodating of the design features we needed and I am very happy with my experience with them! Thanks to the needhams team and specifically Martyn for fitting them for us :)

Tried to blame it on a dirty door
Broke again I won’t even bother because all there staff can’t fix the bodge job
Don’t waste your money
I’ve never been able to lock the door with out a struggle

Dear Sirs
Just highlighting a few issues, we had with our fitted windows last week
Only one fitter arrived I sensed he was not happy about this
My husband had to assist with lifting and putting the new window through the opening
We had to provide tools and materials – a step ladder, a brick, a pointing tool
The main issue however is the problem we now have regarding our vertical blind. I had left the vertical blind rail up – this is simple to unclip – had the fitter asked I would have removed it . It was left in situ and one end fixing was knocked lose. We thought it would be a simple fix this weekend. However at the other end of the railing the clip has been sealed in by the new window so we can’t remove the fixing to properly deal with it – leaving us with a rail propped up with a broom handle and no vertical blinds
A disappointing experience = especially after the previous fitting went so well.
The above was sent to the company 2 weeks ago - they've not even had the manners to acknowledge it. Regarding their reply 4 weeks later via trustpilot:
As mentioned I would have removed the blind rail if asked
No apology about my husband having to do physical labour. AND YOU NEVER PHONED US in response to our polite complaint!!!!!!! Not sure who you spoke to - we have no intention of replacing the blinds - we were hoping to put them back up but remain with a broom handle window dressing

I have dealt with Needhams both at home and commercially for over 25 years. We recently decided to change a wooden bay window and get quotes for the conservatory and french doors into the conservatory. I have never asked other companies to quote before but as the covid pandemic has made things much more expensive I decided to get three quotes. Needhams came in right in the middle but I didn’t go for the cheapest as we have always had excellent service before. They didn’t disappoint. From Paul quoting, Rupe surveying and Robb’s fitting they were excellent. I really didn’t think the conservatory could be transformed from wood to upvc but they did it and it looks great. They came on time, cleaned up after them and took away all the old windows. We highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Initial meeting with Dalia to decide which front door to choose. Needhams offer so many options and combinations, it was helpful to have expert advice at the start. Following a survey, within a few weeks, our new front door was ready for fitting. Jay arrived on time. and did a most fantastic job. My wife and I are so pleased. Quality service. Quality product. Thank you Needham's Team from two very happy customers👍.

Needhams fitted 2 double glazed windows in my property in Chesterfield and did an excellent job. Arrived when they said they would and fitted and looked perfect. Thanks again Needhams.

The Needhams team did a great job in fitting our fascias and soffits and were very accommodating and understanding towards our neighbours whose help we needed to get scaffolding etc. in place. Overall, great value for money and will definitely use Needhams the next time we need windows fitting!

Overpriced, limited choice sold by uncouth, hard-sell, salesperson.

Needhams fitted out a porch today. The work was done by Martyn.
He worked out in the freezing cold today. The work looks really good & he tidied up.
There was a slight issue with the door sill but together with Needhams he got it sorted out so the job was finished on the day.
