Beautiful composite front door fitted. It dropped a bit on the hinges but they were efficient in replying, sorting an appointment and sorting the door. Thank you.

Our new windows were fitted by Martin. Really pleased with the service. He was polite, efficient and did a great job. They look great!

Just had a large warm roof conservatory fitted and delighted with the results. Work was carried out by Paul and Lewis who took down the existing conservatory and built the foundations and brickwork. Jamie and Paul constructed the new one to a very high standard and took great pride in their work. Electrics were completed by Ollie and plastering by Jed.
All these people were extremely hard-working, professional and friendly, Really glad we went ahead with the build.

Had a small porch/conservatory built by Needhams. The level of service was excellent with good communication at all stages. The builders they use were respectful of our garden, house and were friendly. The level of finish on the building work, frame and windows was very good. The porch sits and suits the property very well considering it’s an older house with uneven walls.

We had all our doors and windows done, and a conservatory, about 9 years ago now. First, they did a really tidy job at the time. But the true test of a product and company is how long it lasts, and how well they take care of any inevitable niggles. Needhams are simply brilliant. The exact opposite of a fly-by-night company - they are in it for the long haul.

They have come back a couple of times to adjust the bifold doors, and one of the double glazing units failed after about 8 years. NO QUIBBLE - they just come and sort it out.

Then we were broken into, smashing two windows and breaking the mechanism on another. They sorted the mechanism out, and the price for replacing the glass was incredibly reasonable, and it was done to the same good standard as the original.

This is a company with the right approach, long may they continue.

Having walked past the stall in Chesterfield on numerous times, when I needed help with my UPVC I stopped to asked for help. The service I received from this initial request all the way through to installation it was faultless. The final product is, and quality of the installation was exemplary. Thank you all involved.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

From start to finish it was a disaster!
During building, the brickwork was condemned by an independent Chartered Surveyor and had to be demolished and rebuilt.
The base was so uneven three inches of water accumulated at one end.
The doors were so incorrectly measured that you had to turn sideways to gain access.
An additional portal frame had to be fitted as the whole conservatory was unstable.
Wrong size panels, non matching coloured panels, missing parts and numerous faults and leaks.
So much so our Solicitor and Surveyor recommended removal of the Conservatory and a rebuild!
However, as we had suffered for over 6 months we were unwilling to go through the whole process again.
Foolishly we accepted a discount instead, as we had suffered enough.
Now some 20 years later, the facing of the UPVC is lifting in many areas and so we contacted Needhams.
We were told that the UPVC Lifetime guarantee did not apply, as it was the covering and not the UPVC that had failed.
All documentation from day one states Light Oak UPVC, and numerous other Conservatory companies have confirmed it is part of the UPVC
Needhams would not even consider sending an engineer to inspect the problem, so much for customer care!
As other reviews have stated, their Lifetime guarantee is worthless and they cannot be trusted.
In conclusion almost 50 percent of the reviews shown here are dissatisfied with Needhams, and I’m sure many would have given zero stars if possible.

Further to the unsigned response by Needhams Windows.
I have copies of all relevant documents including the original order, survey and subsequent paperwork stating UPVC. Copies of the Chartered Surveyors report condemning the brickwork and Solicitors letter detailing all the many faults and poor build quality.
I would suggest that Needhams Windows should investigate why almost 50% of their customers are less than satisfied and honour their guarantees.

Excellent price and service

Very competitive pricing, extremely quick from ordering to installation. The installation team were very quick installing my new windows and were very clean and tidy.

We had a full set of replacement windows fitted by Martyn and again everything was spot on.
Had our conservatory and internal build works and a composite roof in the last 15 years approximately and never had an issue.
Martyn had the job done efficiently and was very easy to deal with and left no mess.
Always dealt with Rod also and again all very professional.

Second set of windows, this time rental property and second review. Salesman gives you price and advice, no polished sales rubbish. They set a date, Fitted as requested and fully finished windows including plasterwork to a good standard. Not just a bit of filler. I've used the warranty twice as previously reviewed so I know I don't have to worry and they've been around years.

Gaz from Sheffield fitted my new composite front door . Made a great job of it . No mess afterwards , and professional approach. Very pleased with quality workmanship.

I shopped around for replacement Soffit & Facia, Windows and Doors but eventually decided upon using Needhams, a local family owned Business. The salesman wasn't pushy, the installers/fitters were punctual, polite and cleaned/tidied up.
The finished results are amazing the decision to go "Needhams " was the right one, money well spend and a great experience.

Unfortunately I didn’t do this myself as i read the same problem I’m experiencing time again
Poorly fitted front door
My door has never really shut nicely is always clunky and stiff to open and shut
After 4 adjustments I’ve had enough and have asked for a new one due to it not being fit for purpose
Apparently I’ve spoken to the “Owner” today and to say he’s vile is an understatement, just wasn’t interested only to say I don’t who’s told you , you will get a new door and he’s marked it as urgent. Also accused me off shouting he’s a joke
He didn’t know when I’d get the urgent call out , asked him who would pay if I got burgled and his response was “I don’t know I’m not and insurance company “
I’m gobsmacked to be honest
Not long received a call for someone to come and see the door unfortunately 4.30 pm is not convenient for him ,so I’ll see what happens tomorrow

Needhams say it wasn’t fitted properly in the first instance and it’s because it’s black 🤦🏼‍♀️ repaired again let’s see how it goes, not very confident

This one left me speechless for a couple of days
Follow up phone call from the “owner”
After having the repair told me he had staffing issues and that’s why he’s doing these complaint calls - no wonder he has no staff words cannot describe how rude and disrespectful unprofessional this person is , in fact he’s worst than vile
I ended up putting phone down after his ridiculous comments that would make no difference to the way the door operates

But then it is winter
There are some light scratches (crap door)
But most certainly no gouges

Basically he likes the sound of his own voice and just passes the buck on his bodge-it product
So basically he’s blaming me for the door not shutting which he clearly says needed adjustments on me not cleaning it 😂
