The product was first class but the first fitter was a contractor who totally bodged the job. After speaking to Needhams who promised to put everything right they were true to their word. They sent out one of their own fitters a Dave Whittle who was absolutely brilliant he has worked for Needhams for years and his experience showed. A big thank you to Dave Whittle I am now so happy with my new front and back doors. Also thank you to Needhams for acting on this so promptly you said you would put everything right and you kept your word. If I want any further double glazing I would choose this company but insist on having one of their fitters.

The surveyor who came out to my parents property was excellent however after that the service deteriated rapidly.
A date was set in stone to replace 3 windows on the property.
Received a call to let us know that unfortunately they could no longer do this date and rescheduled.
A date was rescheduled for the day before so a day was taken off out of work to allow the job to take place.
By lunchtime 1.00pm no sight of this company.
Contacted the company and questioned as to why nobody has turned up?
The answer to this question was they did leave a voicemail to clarify they was unable to attend.
(AN UTTER LIE) So I questioned again what time.
They admitted they failed to contact us and left us waiting around all day. First impression on this incredibly unprofessional.
I asked if the windows would be done later on in the afternoon and the reply was " for personal reasons the worker has been unable to make due to cost of fuel"
This is a company which promotes on Chesterfield Market but can't fulfil an order or job with the incompetent staff they acquire.
So we have no new windows fitted and expressed how disappointed we was in the service and we have lost 2 days by having the time off from our our business to be messed around by this uncouth unprofessional establishment.
From having this phone conversation and experiencing unsatisfactory service, I took it upon myself to read the reviews!
Well the facts clearly speak for themselves perhaps as the saying goes "some things happen for a reason" an endless amount of NEGATIVE FEEDBACK infact your lucky to discover a positive review!
The company did however contact us this morning in arranging a further date and again we expressed our disappointment and if we was to move forward on this what would they compensate for the 2 days we've taken off to be completely and utterly let down due to there negligence and breaking the breach of contract with us by failing to comply with the installation of the proposed date.
We expressed that having ended the conversation yesterday we took it upon ourselves to do some homework and was horrified to read a full page of bad reviews, your lucky to spot any recent reviews.
The customer service need to acquire a degree in mannerism as they can't quite handle the facts of negative criticism.
A manager never followed this up with us or took the time in apologising for the inconvenience this caused.
Your reviews saved us that's all I can say!
As a business owner myself and reviewing your establishment I'm appalled by your careless service through out this whole process.
I understand the negative reviews completely.
You should be ashamed and embarrassed!
In regards to your below reply I shall correct you again than Mr Parsons cancelled you completely after having a very rude individual on the phone. No windows will ne fitted by yourself none what so ever in The New Year! YOUR REVIEWS ARE SHOCKING

I had my new large windows put into my dining room. Steve from Needhams was fantastic he was so thoughtful. Really quick and he was so tidy, brilliant job done and brilliant tidying up job done after. All the bricks and brick dust removed.

Great job. Great team of lads friendly no mess really pleased. I would of given 4.5 if I could of because they were supposed to come last Wednesday but needhams cancelled the day before which could of been a problem if we wasn't retired. Alls well that ends well.

From sales to completion, the entire project was handled to our satisfaction, hassle free. All at Needhams i.e. sales, surveyors, suppliers, installers, electricians, plasterer and the office based staff were very friendly and professional and we would like ro take the opportunity to thank them all here. The project was very well organised and executed. It has been over a month that we have enjoyed our new massive 9m×3m room and the quality of work carried out have impressed us and our guest. Needhams salesman guaranteed the highest standards of quality relating to product, fitting and aftercare. The porch door was not fitted correctly so it did not click shut on closing. As a result, strong wind pulled door open and cracked casing around the hinge & no longer closes properly.
Service engineer visit confirmed not fitted correctly & recorded on job report. Needhams refusing to accept responsibility and quoting £600+ to correct defective work. Needhams also refusing to share job reports that should confirm the defective fitting.
As other reviews make clear the level of aftercare is appalling. I only wish I had read the reviews on here before using Needhams Windows.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Originally had needhams out to quote for soffits and facias before lock down and due to this didn't go ahead. Called them back 2 years later and had 12 Windows and Soffits and Facias. No pushy salesmen, flexibility of either paying in full or using their finance if you want to. Very friendly and easy to speak to. I had made a mistake with a window that I had ordered and they came the next day to replace. Also big shout out to the fitters (Ash & Dan) 3 man team on a baking hot day absolutely smashed it out and fitted all 12 windows, even repointed round windows and added brick where they could. Overall very pleased and windows look amazing. Would highly recommend

Sales gave us an acceptable quote for a conservatory , surveyor visited , brickwork completed , and after a wait, windows and frame erected ,and all without hitch , good and bad weather accepted as the norm , they all pressed on . We have nothing but praise for the workers , so a thankyou to them all .

Despite a few delays to fitting dates, the windows and door have been fitted and all seem to be of a good standard. Martin the fitter was professional, helpful and arrived at the agreed time, finishing the job within specified timeframe. Happy with work so far and would recommend based on this experience.

Look elsewhere if you want quality workmanship. The manager and co-owner Rupe Dosanjh of Needhams in Loughborough ignores any messages and treats his customers with total disregard and lack of respect. Once they have your money, they don't really care. I agreed to have a conservatory in April 2021. After numerous problems with workmanship, it was supposedly finished in September 2021. I even had to have a new concrete floor put down this year as the old floor was not sealed correctly. Even the surveyor admitted that it was shoddy workmanship and fitters error. Last week (April 2022) a year to when I accepted the quote, it was finally finished. Totally unacceptable as we have not been able to use the conservatory. I asked Rupe Dosanjh if he would arrange for some vinyl to be laid as a good will gesture but no, he just ignored my request. I will never recommend this company to anyone. 48% of 1 star reviews sums this pathetic company up. Deborah Aung.

We today had a new door fitted by Martin. He arrived at the time stated by a previous phone call to confirm the fitting day. He was polite and got on with the job. We have had windows and doors fitted before by Needhams and have always been satisfied by the service given.We have also recommended to friends and family.Keep up the good work.
