I got a message about changing my password for Nem-ID on another webside. I got suspicious and contacted Nem-ID immediately. The support reacted very quickly and I got the answers I needed. Very helpful and professional support. Thank you.

The NEM ID customer chat app isnt working. I am using chrome on a PC, if it matters. The issue is that the send button is completely unresponsive with clicking or pressing tab and "enter."

The service was great and fast, The person I was talking with was really nice and the support was great.

a little hard to find where to write on the page, and after that I felt a litttle out of touch with the helpdesk. so 4 stars from me.
But everything went well in the end.

I received a quick response, which was great. Unfortunately nemid seems in a great lack of knowledge on how to help Danes living abroad permanently (udlandsdanskere).

Absolutely horrible. We were forced by the government to use it and you are a non-citizen without it.

My private key is not in my hands, it's stored at a server and where is the server located?? The Danish entity that created NemID sold it to an american company that is possibly selling it to an Italian company.

So my key is being thrown around in the world and who might have saved a copy? NSA? CIA? AISE? Nobody really knows, because we obviously can't trust any private entity or intelligence agency.

Now I'm a Dane living outside Denmark, but I'm still forced to keep the NemID else there are information that I need, that I can't get, banks that I can't log on to and contracts that I can't sign. BUT as I'm a Dane living outside Denmark, I've suddenly become aware that I have to go back to Denmark to verify my name by physical prescence. This is inspite of me living in Denmark most of my life and having my name associated with my national ID. So how the f... do I do that when there are travel restrictions???

It's just ridiculous. All the systems that fails regularly in Denmark are just amongst the many reasons for leaving Denmark. I'm looking forward to having citizenship in Uruguay.

NEM-ID webpage missing important information, but chat supporter solved the problem.

The agents seems not to be informed of the services they provide. First I was promised that a password would be sent by SMS to me within 10-15 min. After more than 1 hour, when I contacted again, they tell me the password can no be sent my SMS but it must be sent by regular post which would take 3-4 working days.
