I loved nemlig and recommended it a lot…
I loved nemlig and recommended it a lot but it’s getting worse. I have been ordering for years and enjoyed the app and service. But recently I got 3 orders in a row with broken items spilled all over (skyr, beer, yogurt…) They pack too many items per bag and then it’s all damaged. And you have to go quite hard at things to break a box of skyr or a can of beer 😵💫
I complained and got the money back for the broken and damaged items but it’s too time consuming to clean 20 items covered in beer. You don’t even get a real voucher as an apology or a promise to improve packing next time. So disappointed.

Drivers are expected to follow parking instructions and signage, and we will address this matter with our transport department to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

I’ve been using Nemlig for years and…
I’ve been using Nemlig for years and the service is very good. The delivery guys are polite. The fruit and veggies are not always in good condition but if there is an issue it is really easy to submit a refund request and the customer service they provide is super. Being able to choose a delivery time a d even for free is amazing! Also, being able to deliver the same day is great

It would be perfect service but for the plastic
It would be perfect service and everything if it weren't for sooo much plastic! I am left with so much plastic every time I order! Of course I throw it away, but I think it is too much plastic and money thrown away (because I pay for it). This is the only reason why I do not order more often from Nemlig.

I simply love nemlig
I simply love nemlig. Is a great alternative when you are tired of shopping, or just tired, or want to save time to do more important things....the advantages are enormous. The products arrives always very well packaged and fresh. All the drivers I met are always very professional and deliver the product to your door, you just need to be there. If perhaps you have any issues they also had an amazing customer service wish is there to guide you and support you. I only miss that they could also have their on products to have alternatives.
Highly recommend.
