PLEASE AVOID BUYING! THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. They dont deliver items for months end and wont refund. I had to raise complaint to amex

They reached out to me on Instagram to be a brand ambassador last year, so I ordered some merchandise on discount. While I was able to get ahold of a customer service rep (likely since I was on their ambassador “team”) there were empty promises that my order would be dispatched. After 2 months and no progress, they stopped responding to me. I called me credit card company to reverse the charge, and they did given the situation.

Now they’re titled Neo17. Don’t fall for it.

Impossible to speak to anyone about an orfer until I buy and pay for something that may NOT work as I expect or not compatible. While waiting for several days for an answer the prices are increasing and the seller tells me he doesn't control his prices! WORST PLACE YOU CAN USE TO BUY ANYTHING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST

Not even sure if they still exist as I haven't seen or heard from them since July 2019. But never recipes my money back or my shipment! It is shameless how they scam hard working people! Received several promises the shipment would come, but only if I remove my reviews... DO NOT FALL THE COMMERCIALS

I’ve ordered several times from Neo when they were called Nero. I received my first 4 orders, but my last one I never got. Its been over a year. Tried emailing, contacting them on instagram and facebook. Got one email back where they wanted to send me a free pair of leggings. That was a year ago. Never heard from them again.

Never received 4 of the items I ordered. That’s over £100 that just never arrived.

Ordered back in July have tried contacting via email instagram and Facebook and still had no response, I have asked for them to send my money back multiple time and still haven’t had anything. Never use this company!

I ordered items for my wife back in January. I still have not received them and its November 5th. I have emailed and complained and hardly received any communication about my order except to take my bad review down and then they would send it. I did so and still haven't received my items or my money back. This company is the BIGGEST SCAM! Don't buy anything from them!

Wrong order received after 5 months and then no response to emails, messages on facebook or any other platform. I don't know who is writing the Excellent reviews as they all seems generic. Do not recommend if you're from the UK.

They basically dropship you products that cost way less than you end up paying.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered back in August and was told it would be dispatched within 3 working days. Still haven't received it. I have tried the phone number on the website, whatsapp'd them, facebook messaged, Instagram messaged and even commented on their adverts asking where mg order is.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY (like I obviously did). Companies like this make it hard for small genuine businesses who actually value their customers.

Never order here! Neo activewear is fake. They take your money and never send your order. If you contact them they don’t respond. Send more then 30 mails, 40 text messeges, messeges on Facebook and instagram but they don’t respond...

Probably (definitely) the worst customer service ever.

I've spent the last 2 months chasing for an update on my missing order. I have no response in over a month. the last communication I received was useless and gave me no further information. How can a company do this so often? This isn't the first time it has happened to me. More fool me for continuing to want to help support this business. The quality of the clothes (when they finally arrive are good), but honestly I'd rather go to Sports Direct and save myself the bother of having to endure this hideous customer service. I hate to badmouth companies, but I've sent 5 emails, an instagram message and a facebook message and received NOTHING back!

So partially resolved my issue with this company. After being bribed with my own order for taking down my older review and i declined to give, they ignored me. After messaging again and asking how they can put the leggings that a lot of us seem to still be waiting for on "sale", i got an ultimatum of cancel or wait. In the end i did neither and instead contacted my bank. I proved that these guys didnt deliver and i got a refund. I recommend if you are getting nowhere with neoactive try asking your bank!

Took my payment and haven't received my order at all. It's been 6 months now! It's a joke! In the meantime I tried to reach them over email and Facebook. First they promised to soon dispatch my order as it was apparently bought in the presale and now they just don't get back to me at all.
Presale of 6 months is probably not the greatest idea to keep customers happy. I'm still waiting. Never experienced something that bad!!

Never get back to you, the customer service / communication is awful

Very disappointed with Neo Actiwear. I placed and order two months ago and still nothing. I have emailed several times and no one could be bothered to get back to me. this is the last order ever. Worst customer service ever. I regret buying from them.
