I´ve had the same experience as others here. Ordered the sparkle leggings in February, got it in April. No respond to emails, whatsapp, facebook etc in the months between, until I posted an honest review here. The sparkle leggings finally arrived, and it´s absolutely amazing (great quality and true to size, stays the same wash after wash), so I was stupid enough to order two more pairs of leggings in April. Same procedure over again. Got one respond by email mid May saying that one of them was a pre-order (the sparkle leggings), and if I wanted them both to be shipped when the pre-ordered one arrived, or if I wanted to pay extra shipping for the one in stock to be sent first. I said I could wait for both of them to arrive and be shipped together. In the beginning of July I get the sparkle leggings, but the other one (that was in stock when I first ordered) was missing. There was a written note on how to proceed, so I emailed them saying I wanted the leggings over a refund as it was supposed to be restocked in a week, but no respond after that. I don´t see any other way than to leave a bad review here again, hopefully I´ll get it shipped. The leggings are amazing, so why can`t they just try and offer good customer service as well, I would keep ordering if they could sort this out.

I’ve emailed over 5 times for a response from this company where I was sent the wrong item, and still no one has had the decency to reply to me to let me know what’s happening!! I love these leggings and the quality is excellent but I won’t be ordering from this company again, back to gymshark it is (amazing leggings). I’ve contacted my bank for a refund as this is practically stealing!! The company is completely fraudulent so I’ve contacted trading standards to get this issue sorted for not only me but others in the same situation. All they had to do was reply and let everyone know what’s happened to there order but instead they have been unacceptably rude and stolen money from customers without following through with the processed orders. Never known customer service like it, terrible!!

Quality is fine, but nothing special. In the pants you sweat fast and bright colors are not squatproof. the customer service is unfortunately very miserable. on 3 emails I got no response. So I can not recommend Neoactivewear!!!!! Be aware of it.... Oceans Apart etc is much more better!

I was very fond of the items that I received but then one item was not delivered even though I ordered it over 2 MONTHS AGO NOW and I feel stuck between a rock and a hard palce because I tried to contact Neo 3 times via email, and call but there's been no response at all!

I want my leggings or my money back but I cannot get hold of anyone to sort either of these options. A very very poor service with no possibility to contact anyone at the company!

The clothes from Neo active are incredible but unfortunately you might not get your order or your money back.. I’ve been emailing for a while now regarding a missing item which wasn’t out of stock when I ordered but it took 2 months for me the receive them delivery... I also made another order a week ago with a 2-3 delivery.. but it should say 2-3 months.. apparently writing on here is the only way to get a response... this will be my last order I ever order because of the service and it’s a hit or miss on even getting the stuff... such a shame cause this company could do so well but instead people get ripped off....

Getting lots of compliments! Will be buying again. Can't wait for the sale!

Absolutely dont buy from this company!!! Sent my items back to get a refund in may!! No refund has gone in yet!! £50 lost. Really angry and disappointed!! Sent endless emails no reply what's apped them no reply absolute joke!!

Bought my leggings in April. Now it is end of July. Never received them. There is no response to my mails! Seems like a big scam. Be careful.

Ordered couple of pairs of leggings and tops on May 18th, paid extra for the next day delivery. Order was confirmed and then nothing! When i requested an update I got a reply that one pair of leggings went out of stock but they are expecting to get them in few days. And if I would like to ship them with the rest of the order once they receive them. I told them to ship separately and that im expecting to receive the rest of my order ASAP. And then again no reply, nothing. I’ve been sendig 5 emails since then and nobody is replying! No reply, no product, no refung, Total scam!!!

Received my order fine. A lady from the team emailed me asking for a review to which I replied I had sent my leggings back (too baggy around the ankles). That was 2 months ago and I'm still awaiting my refund. In that time I have emailed the company numerous times and whatsapp'ed them with the above number. Still yet to hear a single reply or receive any of my refund money.
