Ladies don’t bother chasing them. I’ve been chasing for months and they’ve given me a fake tracking number and ignored my emails. I’ve gone directly to my credit card company and opened a dispute.

So I ordered some leggings from this company on the 2nd of April and I still haven't received anything. I emailed them a week later because I had paid £7 for next day delivery but hadn't received so they refunded me this but no leggings or top. I have to email and email them to hear nothing back, but I thought luckily I paid through klarna. Not so lucky i contacted them on the 30th may and i am still looking to find out where my leggings are but i want a refund. The last email I received from this place was on the 2nd June telling e to be patient.
I wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy never mind someone who is looking for gym leggings.
3 months since ordering, no product, no contact.
Ok, so here we go again.
First of all, I have already tried contacting over whatsapp multiple times, but I'm not getting a reply.

On the 2nd of April I placed an order for the black sparkling leggings. On the website there was no mention of it being a pre-order. As a matter of fact, a shipping date of 2-3 days was mentioned!
It being a birthday present for my sister, I was quite happy.
About 10 days go by and up until then I haven't received anything. So I tried reaching out to Neo Activewear.
12-04 was my first e-mail to their customer service. After 3 days I received an reply from Lucy. (The longer response time was mentioned in the noreply, so I was aware of that.)
Lucy mentioned that the expected shipping date would be on 28-04.
I wait and I wait... the 28th of April passes and I still didn't receive anything. Hmm, that's not too great.
So I start writing an e-mail again. This e-mail was send on the 6th of May, and on the 10th of May, I get a response.
Apparently, they have had some manufacturing issues and were not able to send out the black leggings.
New expected shipping date: 17th of May.
17th of May comes by, and guess what! No leggings :(
On 29-5 I request a status update, to which I didn't receive a reply.
On 17-6 i send out another e-mail and place a review here on trust pilot.
The 1-star trustpilot review must have triggered something, because all of the sudden I get a whatsapp message from their business account.
I was sent a photo of my order, including a packing slip.
But in order for my package to be shipped I had to delete my trustpilot review.
Being as naive as I am, and not having learned anything in the last few months, I deleted the review.
Finally, I received an e-mail and a text that my order was being shipped. That should be the end of it all.
But, apparently not: because it's well over 3 weeks since my package was "shipped." And as you may have guessed, I still haven't received it.
I've started messaging on whatsapp, but i'm not getting a reply.
I really hope that it gets solved once and for all now, but i'm not too positive that that'll happen.

Great leggings. I get a lot of compliments and people asking where I got them from. Super quick delivery too.
Take money but do not deliver item. Then ignore you!
Took my money on the 19th June. Still haven't received my order (9th July). I emailed them on the 4th July and haven't heard anything back so far yet they have time to post on their social media pages.

I have ordered a legging and a few tops on the 30th of March. Still I haven't received my order. A few weeks ago I posted here also a review. That day a woman named Laura contacted me trough WhatsApp and said that my order will be send as priority that day and I would get an refund of 20%. But: I had to remove my review. When my review was removed, they would send my order to me. This was on the 17th of June. I am still waiting for my order. Just like most of you I've been scammed by this company.

Scammers! No response and no package! Avoid!!
I've ordered on the 6th June and haven't received my order and now it's the 7th July. They don't respond to my emails, but they regularly send marketing emails to me which is ridiculous. I'm so upset, as I've paid £39. I could have just spent that money on a week worth of groceries...

I wrote a bad review a few weeks ago. It was about the bad service, they never sent te package and don’t respond to messages.
Only an hour after this review a got a message from them. If I could delete the bad review with a story about stock issues. If I wouldn't delete the review they wouldn't send the package (I already paid for!!!). They even sent me a picture with my order and the package. So i deleted the review. I lost my trust in the shop but hoped I could get my money back or get my legging after the contact. But ofcourse I didn’t receive anything!
They are a scam, liars and not honest. Don’t order here.

At the begging they replied my Emails saying they are sorry, telling me excuses and saying it will be shipped soon. Since 2 Months they are not answering any message and continue posting on Insta, having a new collection.

This is my third review. Seems Neo reported my last review which is annoying but I guess they are trying to save as much face as possible. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED LEGGINGS I ORDERED ON 30/03/19! We are now in July so it has been over 3 months which I find disgusting. I've been fobbed off with promises of getting my leggings in their next dispatch (I obviously didn't) and now they don't bother to make any contact, they are only concerned with covering up the understandable angry reviews rather than not scamming their customers and stealing their money. I am so frustrated. I work very hard for my money and to wait over 3 months for a pair of leggings and to be constantly lied to is disgusting. THIS COMPANY REMAINS TO BE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IT IS DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would like to know where my leggings are?!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I placed my order in April. After countless emails chasing and being fobbed of with 'they are going to be dispatched soon', I still only have one of my items (which was delivered nearly 3 months late) and I am now having to chase them for the remaining item. Their 'good will' gesture of a small discount next time I order from them is useless, because I will NEVER order from them again.
UPDATE: I have messaged the Whatsapp number, and despite them replying to say they will be in touch soon, there has been no further messages from them, I still don't have one of my items (plus no idea if I will ever get it, or a refund), and the item I have got is see-through!

Items not received.
No Leggings, No refund.
I sent back a pair of leggings I’d bought due to wrong size and wanted an exchange for the correct size.
They did not send me the correct size leggings and did not issue a refund!
Each email I send gets ignored.
They have my leggings AND my money!
EDIT: The company asked me to whatsapp them for immediate resolution, and then ignored the whatsapp I sent.
