I recieved my leggings 8 weeks after…

I recieved my leggings 8 weeks after order as this was down to being a pre order and a few other issues. They are a nice leggings though and fit well apart from being a bit long but I am onlt 5ft2 so they are always long on me. I got the black sparkle leggings. over all a good pair of legging.

This company is a disgrace,I ordered on 21stMay 2019 .I have contacted them four times got the first email from a Lucy who other people I have read seems to have got ,but nothing since.Do not order from Neoactivewear they are a scam and should be ashamed of taking people’s money.I payed €50 !!!!

Just received my 5th order

Just received my 5th order. Defos the best gym wear on the market! I had a slight delay in my previous pre order as there was a slight stock delay but I was kept in good communication and I can say they are definitely worth the wait! Can wait for some new releases!

It is a great pity that one has to write a bad review to call you to action.
Today I received this reply... & I wont be holding my breath!!
A total disrespect for your customers. A credible business would keep their customers informed every step of the way even of they were experiencing problems. All you had to do was email or post on Facebook or text to keep your customers informed but rudely you do not even do this. The reply below is like so many others that have eventually come to nothing. Blaming the Royal Mail is a lame excuse. In fact that really is NO EXCUSE for this shockingly disgraceful customer service.

They are now telling they posted it Friday and will phone Royal Mail to find out what's happening. Absolute lie as I sent a photo of the mail slip to Royal Mail and they told me it's not even in the system. Liars, thieves and rouge traders. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

WATCH OUT! Fake company (neoactivewear)

Well... lessons learned once again: Always google the company before purchasing anything.
Ordered on 18th June, got an automated confirmation mail. Since then: No further update, no goods received, no support, no service, nothing.
They got my money and that's it. Had the same issue with a flight ticket once and got a part of my money back after I threatened them to forward everything to a collection agency. Don't stay passive, fight for your money and spam bad reviews on all platforms. Don't let scammers win.
R.I.P. Order #26217, byebye 60 Euro

Disgraceful

So now it's been a month that I've been waiting for my refund. I have proof of return along with signature and they've now replied 9 emails demanding my refund. I'll now be logging this with the ombudsman.

Don't tell me to email you again and you'll sort it out, you won't. Just refund me please

I am like a lot of Neo customers I have…been let down

I am like a lot of Neo customers I have placed two order more full me as my first Order some of the items where good and fitted but most had to be returned and they where ,, but I have email them to say I haven’t had my refund,and I have had one email asking could I show the items that I returned which I have done still no refund that was February they said they where dealing with , so I placed another order and out of 4 items I received 2 got in touch with then again and I have had 1 response that they are looking into it ,, now when I try to email they I get ,, that I have to try later ,, so I am afraid I am going to move get training standards onto looking into this company as they take your money very quickly but they do not refund you as quickly as they should ,, I don’t even think have any intention of refunding at all 😡😡😡😡😡

I am deeply annoyed at this company

I am deeply annoyed at this company. I have in the past ordered from them and have loved my leggings. However I am still waiting for an outstanding order that I ordered 4 weeks ago. No one has replied to me via my many email or on social media even though it states my messages had been read. When this company wanted something from me (a good review to be posted by me) they were very very quick at responding via email and social media (Instagram). It’s seems they avoid all complicated emails and hope that we just give up and go away. My next step to to take my evidence to the next step of higher complaints! Very unhappy!

Leggins for my girlfriend was to small did send them as return. I have postage confirm. No money, no stuff and no contact at all. Waste of money. Please think twice before you buy anything on this site.

I Ordered TWO of leggings back in April

Ordered TWO of leggings back in April. Still haven't received them.
I previously contacted them when the order hadn´t arrived after 3 weeks and somebody called Lucy told me that the order would be despached shortly. Unfortunately I still haven´t received anything (after 8 weeks from payment date!)
No leggings, no communication from Neo Active Wear. Status right now; No leggings, no communication.
I don't get a reply anymore.
I have contacted them again yesterday
But after the (lack of) service I receivedI'm afraid this is a fake

What a Joke

What a Joke. I pre-ordered leggings on the 9th April to be dispatched on the 17th April 2019. They didn't come. I made contact with the company and they replied very nicely & said they was sorry they hadn't received enough leggings from manufacturer and they would be dispatched middle of May, which i was OK with. I have since emailed & emailed with no reply, messaged on Facebook (which they have read) commented on their Facebook posts, which they have DELETED, with no response back. I have requested a refund but they cannot give me this until they reply. I want to know why they can sell so many leggings pre-order and still selling them now to be dispatched in June, when i haven't received mine from April? Surely a company with any common sense would stop the orders until they have fulfilled the orders already made. Unless they are just robbing people.....which is not acceptable. The thing is, i ordered another pair of leggings, which were in stock and they are absolutely great, came within 3-4 days.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company! I'm serious, do not use this company! I placed an order on 29th of April, I still haven't got the actual product. I've contacted multiple times via email, and Instagram and got one response to my first email where i was promised the issue been taken care of, i even got a discount code i could use for my next purchase, after that nothing. Ha! Like I would order anything from this company ever again.
