Lovely quality and fit overall. Flattering design. A little tight to get through the ankle holes but fine once on. Really good value for good quality gym gear. I’m a size 8-10 and wear size small in the Era leggings

Great quality gym wear with great customer service!

Ordered the Era Leggings Bundle on the 4th of may. Still did not received them. Tried to email, got one back the first time, saying the were out of stock but will be send as soon as they are back & with an extra couponcode. Now a month later still didnt hear anything, despite sending like 4 emails asking my money back. Such a waste of my €50 and how disgusting to scam buyers even more with a damn couponcode. Please, DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Edit july 2: the day after placing my review i received a whatsappmessage from Laura from Neoactivewear, apologizing for the delay and saying it was/is their factorys fault that the leggings are not delivered. She said that she could give me a refund or send the leggings both withing 2-3 businessdays. I asked for a refund, because the order was supposed to be a birthdaygift.

She then send me, and this is a copy/paste: "Our management have just asked if you can kindly remove your review from Trustpilot. We have a huge number of enquiries at the moment due to stock delays and we are working extremely hard to provide the best customer service we can. We have provided refunds to customers who have had bad experiences and they have not fulfilled their promise on removing their Trustpilot review and prospective customers are reading unfair and untrue reviews about us thinking that we are scamming people when it is our factory that has caused all of these problems. If you money isnt in your account within the next 3 working days you can simply leave another review :)"

I declined and told her that i was happy to delete the review after getting the refund. Not the other way around, which is just ridicilous. After this message i never heard again from them and ofcourse, never got my money back. So let me end again with: DO NOT ORDER HERE!

I love Neoactivewear!! Their apparel fits really well and looks great. It is very good quality and wear up really well to getting washed regularly. I am still wearing apparel I bought well over a year ago!
Really great selection of styles and they have had some amazing sales in the past too!
Certainly won’t go wrong getting your hands on their gear!!
It’s 10 out of 10 for me!!!

more than 3 months waiting for shipment.
After my email that I want to return the money came the answer that I should wait for the shipment.

Placed an order 0n 25/04/2019, still have not received my order on 29/05/2019, it states delivery in 2-3 working days. Told by Lucy at neo active wear they were looking to get orders out by this week, emailed again and still no response. No option to cancel order or request refund and have no access to my online account despite making an account. Forgotten password part states I do not have an account. Would like a refund but do not know how to get this.

I love love love the tops .... I think I now have at least 10... only problem is they sell out so quickly and I always want more!!!

Cannot recommend enough

So it seems to be that the only way I can get a response is by writing review! It’s such a shame as when I finally got a reply, Lucy was really helpful and sorted out the problem quickly. Managed to get a refund for the leggings. I stupidly said I would like the sports bra still and I haven’t heard anything since!

This is the most bad company ever. After months of waiting (ordered in December) I canceled my order. After that no response of them at all. So still waiting on my money. When I email them I get a standard email, with apologies and the message that their stock has now arrived and that they're processing the pre orders as quickly as possible. They also say they anticipate receiving the stock before Christmas..... This is so sad I have to laugh!!!

I ordered the white and rose gold sparkle leggings. At first I was confused with shipping arrangements and pre orders. I had ordered my item and didn’t receive it until 3 months later.
I did get an email explaining there was some severe delays due to being under staffed. Completely understandable and I was given quick responses from Lucy. My leggings came quickly after Lucy had been in touch.
Can’t fault the leggings, lovely material and I would buy from this company again.

Amazing quality leggings! The era leggings are super comfortable/high waisted which is especially good in the gym and true to size☺️ Definitely buying again!

I have several items I have bought from Neo Active Wear, and I always get compliments in the gym for their unique designs.
There are a lot of copies out there, the quality is not the same. Out of curiosity, I ordered a pair of the copies and the stitching and fabrics were not on the level of Neo Active Wear

Leggings are amazing and super comfortable. The colour and the patterns are catchy

Great customer service I wish they had online service too. I didn't give 5 star only because of shipping. It sometimes takes longer time if you buy pre-order products. But in conclusion this is the brand I'll always choose to buy first because I love neoactivewear products since quality comes with adorable designs. After reading some reviews about them being scam, I have to say this, for the first purchase I wasn't sure so I only ordered a pair of sparkle leggings I didn't know it was pre-ordered and it took about one month for me to get them. But finally I got them and I am very happy. They're not scam. Buy whatever you wish and don't worry. Enjoy your purchase.

I absolutely love the black leggings!! The fit and material are amazing. They make the booty pop and they can be styled for anything so not just your average gym leggings!

This company has been the worst I have dealt with. After months of waiting I asked them to cancel my order which they claim to have ignored then dispatched the item. This was never received and shockingly someone signed for it when I was not home but they claim Someone at my house did! Must of been a ghost!! This matter is still ongoing months later and no one ever replies. Shocking service and clear forgery. Stay well clear!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Absolute scam, I’ve ordered with them over 3 months ago! I never received my item I’ve emailed them they have never responded. They just take your money!!! DO NOT BUY! Appalling company.
