Neptune - Bath Reviews 

Neptune informed me several days after purchase who would be delivering my order. After that the courier got in touch to give me approximate time of delivery. Arrived in excellent condition and thrilled with the rug.

Good swift delivery , it would have been better if my local bath store had one on show . Whilst I appreciate that all product cannot be in the showroom, it would have been helpful if they could have the stock in the stockroom so we could see it there and then.

Alys and the staff were very helpful in carefully wrapping our item from the ex-display sale. It was a great service!

Just taken delivery of a second Neptune console table with alfi and Josh as our delivery guys. They were brilliant and nothing too much trouble. I’ve got quite a Neptune collection with two sofas, two console tables and several other items and love the quality of the product having bought items now over 7/8 years. Whilst it’s good to mix things up Neptune is my safe place and core furniture.

Bought an extra Tilbury dining chair to match a set bought previously. Great quality and looks good.
Delivery team, Lee and Craig, were great.

The two guys that came to deliver my sofa were really polite ,& got the job done really quickly.

Delicious lunch at the Provenist cafe, followed by shopping at Neptune. Such beautiful designs and furniture. Helpful staff and enjoyed a complimentary Pimm’s!

The Bath store is terrific. The staff have been wonderful. Helpful, friendly and knowledgable, in particular Catherine and Hayley.
We called in to get a flavour of their dining tables & chairs. The team were incredibly helpful and patient with us. We will definitely go back and buy from Neptune…again! (We bought the dining table & chairs!).Everything is such high quality, beautifully finished & beautifully presented. Many thanks Neptune team!

We were on holiday in Bath and visited a coffee shop attached to Neptune show room.Great coffee and avocado on toast, would highly recommend!
We decided to visit the Neptune showroom whilst we were there and were greeted by Catherine , who was amazing and very passionate and knowledgeable about the furniture and services they provided.Catherine provided us with samples and booklets to take away.We were extremely impressed with the quality and service we will be visiting the York showroom to place an order as they are our nearest showroom.

Had a great visit to the Neptune store in Bath today & fabulous service from Catherine, Izzy & Alys. They were super welcoming & knowledgeable, pointing out amazing design features we had missed. The store was beautiful as always, great for getting inspiration & the cafe was lovely also with great outdoor seating. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Beautiful store. Popped in and was helped by one of the design team who was absolutely brilliant, Ellie. She was so warm, knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Incredibly grateful for her help and expertise, will be back!

My delivery arrived today and I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with my purchase from your store.
I was concerned I may have made a rash decision whilst on holiday in Bath, but on unwrapping and seeing the artwork, the Overton, balanced against my living room wall I am delighted!
The delivery drivers were great, they called to give me advance notice of arrival and the young man who carried the purchase in - it was very large - was lovely, a really pleasant young man!

Ellie, Design Advisor at Neptune Bath was absolutely delightful, professional and incredibly helpful when translating my design thoughts into a more cohesive flow when considering paint choices, elevating lighting suggestions, mirrors also furniture.

This free service offered by Neptune was such an enjoyable experience which allowed me to put forward my ideas for discussion.

I received honest feedback also areas for improvement and many new ideas to think about.

Thank you Ellie also for the Chai Late which was delicious.
