Great quality as always

Delicious lunch at the Provenist cafe, followed by shopping at Neptune. Such beautiful designs and furniture. Helpful staff and enjoyed a complimentary Pimm’s!

Beautiful shop and very friendly staff. We had a free glass of Pimms which was very welcome!

The Bath store is terrific. The staff have been wonderful. Helpful, friendly and knowledgable, in particular Catherine and Hayley.
We called in to get a flavour of their dining tables & chairs. The team were incredibly helpful and patient with us. We will definitely go back and buy from Neptune…again! (We bought the dining table & chairs!).Everything is such high quality, beautifully finished & beautifully presented. Many thanks Neptune team!

We were on holiday in Bath and visited a coffee shop attached to Neptune show room.Great coffee and avocado on toast, would highly recommend!
We decided to visit the Neptune showroom whilst we were there and were greeted by Catherine , who was amazing and very passionate and knowledgeable about the furniture and services they provided.Catherine provided us with samples and booklets to take away.We were extremely impressed with the quality and service we will be visiting the York showroom to place an order as they are our nearest showroom.

Had a great visit to the Neptune store in Bath today & fabulous service from Catherine, Izzy & Alys. They were super welcoming & knowledgeable, pointing out amazing design features we had missed. The store was beautiful as always, great for getting inspiration & the cafe was lovely also with great outdoor seating. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Beautiful store. Popped in and was helped by one of the design team who was absolutely brilliant, Ellie. She was so warm, knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Incredibly grateful for her help and expertise, will be back!

My delivery arrived today and I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with my purchase from your store.
I was concerned I may have made a rash decision whilst on holiday in Bath, but on unwrapping and seeing the artwork, the Overton, balanced against my living room wall I am delighted!
The delivery drivers were great, they called to give me advance notice of arrival and the young man who carried the purchase in - it was very large - was lovely, a really pleasant young man!

Ellie, Design Advisor at Neptune Bath was absolutely delightful, professional and incredibly helpful when translating my design thoughts into a more cohesive flow when considering paint choices, elevating lighting suggestions, mirrors also furniture.

This free service offered by Neptune was such an enjoyable experience which allowed me to put forward my ideas for discussion.

I received honest feedback also areas for improvement and many new ideas to think about.

Thank you Ellie also for the Chai Late which was delicious.

I popped into Bath store at the Tram Shed to celebrate the 30 years of this amazing business Neptune, since it’s inception in 1996. I was taken care of by a member of staff Hayley who was most helpful and the was delighted to be given one of the anniversary bags to carry my shopping home in!
I look forward to seeing this business continue to thrive.

We had an amazing experience in the Bath Neptune store today.
We unexpectedly were offered fizz and canapés to celebrate Neptune’s 30th anniversary!
Catherine was extremely welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Together with her colleagues, Catherine showcased the new outdoor kitchen and other additions to the Neptune range.
The Store is an absolute credit to the brand and I will definitely be popping in each time I am in Bath.
I have been a loyal customer of Neptune for many years now and can safely say each of my pieces have stood the test of time and been well used and loved.
I have a copy of the first edition of Stories!

Have made many purchases from Neptune over the last twenty years but I must say that the staff at the Bath store are second to none. Always very helpful but never pushy. A totally different attitude to many of their competitors.

Also, a good place to stop for a quick coffee.

Had a lovely visit to the Bath Store, we went to the onsite cafe, which was delicious, and then had a look around the store, met the Manager of the store Scott who was delightful and very knowledgeable about the products and back ground of how Neptune started, made us feel very welcome, even gave us a candle and a bag. Lovely day out.

Kye and Callum arrived early (which was a good thing), were efficient and courteous, and carefully delivered four chairs down two narrow flights of stairs to the garden. The chairs themselves are sturdy and attractive, and make a nice addition to my dining area.

The service from Neptune has been excellent - from the shop in Bath and the delivery guys Nev and Evan who were so helpful and friendly . They did a great job setting my table up and with information regarding its care . Would definitely use Neptune again !
