I brought a voucher of £1000 during the beginning of the pandemic which coming out of the pandemic I had completely forgotten about, come the time when I spoke to Neptune Bath they were willing to offer me £0 of this voucher, not even any condolences, £50 of the voucher, nothing. I have been a good customer of theirs and honest the service was disgraceful, the staff was rude and frankly not very sensitive to the fact I'd just lost a great sum of money to their store for nothing in return. I will not shop there again, or send any of my clients that way.

I want to say a huge thank you to the lovely team at the Neptune store in Bath! My jewellery brand Ballinger hosted a pop up within the store as part of Neptune’s Christmas market event and it was a hugely successful weekend for me. The Neptune team is so friendly, knowledgable and professional - nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they really go above and beyond. The store is absolutely beautiful too (when can I move in?!) and I particularly want to thank the wonderful Maisie Read for inviting me to showcase my brand at the event. I can’t wait to take part in your summer event next year! ✨

The wonderful team at Neptune, Bath opened up their doors to allow my small business ‘The Silk Studio’ to trade at their highly successful Christmas Market this year. Not only were the team so warm and welcoming to work alongside but we’re extremely well organised, knowledgeable and professional. Maisie, the assistant store manager was especially helpful during the lead up to the event, providing different options and ideas for the layout and positioning of my stall. The shop itself is simply stunning and such a beautifully presented space filled with inspiration and a warm, inviting ambience. An incredible store ran by an incredible, hard working team. Thank you for having me.

I recently attended the Neptune Mood board class hosted by Annabel which was such fun. I created a board which is nothing like I thought it would look like but it has really helped me focus on what I need to do to create the space I want for our guest bedroom.
Highly recommend.

Having replaced our old 26 year old kitchen and had a garden room extension leading off it, we are now thrilled with our wonderful, new light and airy Neptune kitchen! The whole layout has been completely revamped and it is now a joy to cook and entertain!
The attention to detail and friendliness from everyone involved has been very impressive, and made a potentially stressful experience fun! It seems that nothing was too much trouble.
A special mention must go to our designer, Silvia Zlatnicka Reidy, from the Bath store, who has been amazing. She had so many great ideas, and with numerous meetings and correspondence she has created the perfect kitchen for us! It was a very enjoyable process and we will be grateful for years to come!
The fitters, Craig and Dan, overseen by Neil from the technical department, were all brilliant too.
Overall, we’re so pleased we used Neptune - thank you!

They designed a gorgeous bedroom and playroom for our daughter. They were attentive, listened to all our requests, made them become reality quickly and efficiently. They were fun, friendly, responsive, on time and on budget. The end result is beautiful, comfortable, stylish, colourful. The finish was excellent and everyone we dealt with from the delivery drivers to the fitters were totally professional. We cannot recommend them enough. The rooms are a dream come true!

My friend and I attended a moodboard workshop last month, and we had so much fun! The team were super helpful and knowledgeable, helping us to design moodboards for a space in our homes :) I would definitely attend another event! Thank you!

Had a very informative and enjoyable evening learning about vegetarian food from Jaqs, very nice surroundings and I'm looking forward to the next event. Food was delicious!

Great products well designed and superbly crafted . Lovely delivery staff who constructed the dresser on site with great skill and precision and they were very pleasant too. Not my first experience with Neptune who I would not hesitate in recommending to others.
