Amazing Experience from start to finish…
Just wanted to say that we are totally delighted with our new Kitchen, Utility Room and Cloakroom. Patsy, our designer, John our Installation Project Manager and the whole team at Neptune Cheltenham have been brilliant from start to finish. We first met with Patsy in the Cheltenham Showroom about 18 months ago and discussed our ideas with her, and she very quickly put her skills to the task and designed our dream kitchen. She very quickly became part of our life and family and whenever I had a query, or a change of colour, Patsy made it happen. Patsy's attention to detail is amazing and then John came on board to manage the installation and he was there to liaise with our builder on any issues they had, and even the electrician regarding the wiring for our AGA and then he had day to day contact with our Installer, Toby who was a perfectionist with every detail. John was there on the end of the telephone whenever needed, which was good to know. The finished rooms look amazing and we are so happy and would like to thank everyone for their efforts, even the ladies in Neptune Cheltenham for helping us choose some new 'bits and bobs' for our rooms, and I'm sure we will be back in there soon. Thank you so much from us both John and Tracy.

Kitchen & Utility in new extension
Thank you to Patsy, John and the whole team at Cheltenham. Patsy our designer has been brilliant, understanding our needs well and creating a fabulous kitchen and utility design centred around our family lifestyle. Patsy has been wonderful to deal with, getting to know us (and our children!), always personable and reliable. Patsy has used her extensive experience and knowledge to guide us through the whole project from initial design concepts to final finishes, fabrics and lighting. John our installation project manager was highly professional, coming out to site at key stages in the build, meticulous on details, planning and collaborating closely with our builders. Toby our fitter delivered a top quality finish including the final paintwork. Our experience with Neptune from start to finish, including the whole team’s focus on customer service, the design, project management and finished quality of their products has been excellent.

Flo and her team at Neptune in Cheltenham provided such a friendly and helpful service when I recently refurbished my sitting room. They were kind, patient and full of great ideas. The room has been transformed thanks to their planning service and advice. It made the whole experience such a pleasure.

Friendly staff
Neptune is one of my favourite stores for home decor inspiration and products. I usually frequent the Edgbaston store however this opportunity to visit a different store and enjoy an evening with Emma Sims Hilditch was an opportunity not to be missed. The event was well organised with tasty appetisers, drinks, a talk by Emma and John, book signing and a cheeky purchase or two! Staff at the Cheltenham store were lovely and helpful and made me feel like I’d like to visit again in Summer!

Really lovely evening at Neptune yesterday, with a warm, friendly welcome by all the staff. The Cheltenham store is a beautiful example of the Neptune ethos, so well explained to us by Emma and John. Fantastic service
We had great plans to convert an outbuilding to accommodate my elderly parents but sadly planning permission did not materialise. Nonetheless Patsy was absolutely brilliant in all respects from the first meeting to finalising the design and then, finally, expediting our refund when the plans fell through. Fantastic care and service throughout!

Great customer service
We had a couple of minor problems with paint colours and I messaged Neptune with some feedback. Very quickly my local Neptune Store phoned back and rectified the problem perfectly. Sometimes things aren’t perfect, but the speed and level of Neptune’s customer service was exemplary. We were already loyal customers and will continue to be.

Cookery demonstration
What a wonderful afternoon we had , Becky was an absolute delight , not only cooking and teaching us about some delicious recipes, ( that we could also eat ) but also sharing all her extra tips and stories that kept us entertained the whole afternoon. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive with nothing being too much trouble. Hopefully I’ll be able to make it to Becky’s next cookery demonstration in the spring. Thank you to all the team at Neptune Cheltenham for a very relaxing & enjoyable morning watching the cooking demonstration in store. The service provided by Neptune was excellent. From start to finish, we felt confident and assured about our kitchen plans. Patsy Williams was very personable and made us feel at ease during the kitchen design phase and throughout the process. When it came to site visits and the fitting of our kitchen etc, John Magnor was also friendly and easy to deal with, as was our wonderful kitchen fitter Toby. The whole process worked really well and we are delighted with the finished product which was the result of careful planning and quality of service by all representatives of Neptune involved in delivering our kitchen. Managing customer expectations
Unfortunately the items I required were out of stock and had a fairly long lead time for delivery. The team at Neptune made sure I was regularly kept updated on progress and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and helpfully.
