Flo listened carefully to our requirements and designed a gorgeous new room for us incorporating some of our current items together with new pieces. She did so with imagination and good judgment. We’re delighted with our cosy and luxurious new room.

Commissioning a kitchen of this quality and complexity is something I haven't done before and it has been a very positive and enjoyable experience, thanks to the highly professional design process and cheerful service provided by Patsy, the painstaking measuring and planning by John and Vicki, and the expert fitting by Toby.
I'm impressed by the quality of the cabinetry and attention to detail in my new Suffolk kitchen, and was a convert to Neptune as soon as I'd looked round the Cheltenham showroom for the first time.
Patsy listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and displayed ingenuity in fitting my 'dream' Suffolk larder into a run of cabinetry where there wasn't an inch to spare. She was patient when I changed my mind about the colour scheme; her cheerful manner and ready advice helped me greatly, as we were in the middle of a complete house renovation during the process. Patsy, John and Vicki all coped magnificently with site visits under challenging conditions!
The kitchen was installed on time and with great efficiency. And it's helpful that Neptune make follow-up visits a few weeks after installation, so any queries can be addressed.
My husband enjoys the kitchen so much that he has taken to bringing his laptop into the kitchen and working there, which is the ultimate seal of approval!

The staff at Cheltenham have recently helped me with a number of orders. One thing you can guarantee with this store is that all the staff are super friendly and helpful and are excellent at keeping you well informed.

Florence at Neptune Cheltenham was able to arrange for me to have a bespoke footstool made - a Neptune design with my own fabric. It is beautiful. There was a small hiccup along the way but it was quickly ironed out and I'm thrilled with the result. Thank you Florence for your help and patience!

During the course of a major downsize I was in search of something of a New Look whilst at the same time retaining some of my much loved Brown Furniture and my penchant for William Morris' patterns for my curtains.
I approached Flo, a designer at Neptune in Cheltenham and she came up with gorgeous and imaginative designs for my brand new over-55s apartment. Flo was incredibly helpful and fun to work with and she really got under the skin of the style which I knew I wanted but was unable to articulate for myself. So clever.
The result is absolutely stunning and I am utterly thrilled with my New Pad.
I cannot thank Flo and all the lovely team at Neptune Cheltenham enough for their enthusiasm, wonderful expertise and tremendous service, all served up with such fun, charm and smiles.
Customer Service in Swindon cheerfully sorted the inevitable small hiccups and the Delivery Drivers were all so kind, helpful and efficient.
Altogether I have had a really great experience with Neptune - their product is excellent, not cheap but very high quality and beautifully designed. Highly recommended.

Very happy with chairs. Only problem was delivery being rearranged at short notice. When delivery did come, service was excellent.

We have like Neptune for many years. We wanted some new armchairs and were told to go to HQ in Swindon as they had all pieces. Unfortunately our experience was mixed nothing was labelled so you wondering around guessing. Staff were nice.

So we thought we will pop into the Cheltenham store as a last attempt. The friendly managed welcomed us looked into a online order for me and handed us over to Flo.

Flo listened to what we were looking for and guided us through the samples. Then when we found different armchairs she was so patient in discussing this and helping to order them later in the day. I think with these higher price products this level of customer service is what you are looking for. The understanding that creating the home you want takes time, thought and patience.

Everything was explained by Flo, in terms of delivery and lead times.

We have just finished installing our beautiful Suffolk kitchen in our house in Spain. From the moment I walked into the showroom in Cheltenham I felt so welcomed and supported in what I was looking for. From having a delicious cup of coffee to discussing the details of our project, Patsy could not have listened better or understood our space more fully. Even though small, she came up with some great ideas and advice and was endlessly patient and enthusiastic. Now it has arrived and we chose the standard colour of Driftwood and Silver Birch, which look natural and calm in our space. The craftsmanship is excellent and the interiors of each cabinet are attractive and seemingly more spacious than expected. The aftercare for installation that we have received has been very helpful.
I would highly recommend Neptune for anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Patsy from the Cheltenham store helped us choose our items and gave some very helpful advice on colour, the green inside to our bookcase is really attractive and not something we would have though of doing. She came to oversee the delivery of all 4 pieces of furniture to ensure we were totally happy with the order and delivery. We could not have asked for more attention to ensure customer satisfaction.

Neptune have been very attentive from day one. They have been very accommodating and efficient in their design consultations. The store is beautiful and homely and very welcoming. Both Dot and Amber put me so at ease making big design decisions. Their expertise was so helpful as they gently guided me through the process of designing a family kitchen that will look timeless for years to come. The installation was seamless and all bespoke elements look fantastic, many thanks to John and Toby. Toby the fitter was very punctual and professional.

We came to the Neptune Cheltenham store to buy a new kitchen and the whole experience we received from Neptune and our amazing kitchen designer Amber was second to none. Right from the start Amber was warm and welcoming and really listened to what we wanted from our new kitchen. Within just a few weeks she had created the first design which we were able to tweak until it was perfect! The communication from Amber and the rest of the team was brilliant. The final kitchen is our dream come true, we couldn’t be happier and cannot recommend Neptune Cheltenham enough! Thank you Amber and team :)

Patsy our designer has been fabulous to work with, the process was made a little more complicated by my Principle being overseas in a different time zone and with a short time frame, but with Patsy's patience we got a design they were happy with.
The professionalism from the installers, waste removal and Toby the fitter was superb. Vicki the installation manger with the fabulous pink nails went above and beyond when the pressure was on and always with a smile. I cannot thank Patsy and Vicki enough for making sure everything ran smoothly and taking on the stress and worry of getting the job completed by the deadline. Overall Neptune's focus on customer service and willingness to go the little bit extra made the whole experience from design to sign off a great experience.

Having loved Neptune from the first time I ever walked into one of its stores, there was never a doubt that, one day, I would be lucky enough to have one of their kitchens. That dream has now come true with Patsy, from Cheltenham, in conjunction with Vicki, the technical manager, designing the most beautiful Suffolk kitchen in my new location in The Cotswolds. I am thrilled with it and the whole process has been an absolute pleasure, with professionalism from all parties concerned, from delivery drivers, waste collection and excellent fitters. Nothing has been too much of a problem, and Patsy and Vicki have always been quick to help with advice on hand and making any necessary adjustments to the design along the way. I was also given a discount for recommending my sibling to Neptune, with Patsy, too, designing their Chichester kitchen. It has been a joy to work with such a friendly and efficient set of people!
