From our initial enquiry the whole process was excellent. Our designer Patsy and installation project manager Vicki, were professional, encouraging and reassuring guiding us with ideas to consider and ultimately delivering our dream kitchen. Communications were always timely and responsive and we are thrilled with the result.

We organised to have some additional shelves made for our bespoke larder cupboards, unfortunately the original records were not available, so Patsy came round and measured up everything and with some adjustments, managed to get these made to match the existing ones. The Neptune website was having technical issues when I tried to purchase two pieces of furniture, so I went into the Cheltenham store to place the order in person.
Beautiful store and very helpful staff, placed order easily. Delivery took two weeks, furniture unpacked and put exactly where wanted, incredibly nice delivery guys! Very pleased, thank you.

I visited Neptune Cheltenham to make sure the Ludlow stools were comfortable, the staff there were soo friendly and helpful and I was assured that the stool was perfect and have been very happy with my purchase, yes you pay more here but the quality is well worth it. The showroom is worth the visit.

Coniston coffee table
Excellent delivery service, with item checked before leaving.
We’re pleased with the appearance, item was not damaged which is quite unusual these days.

Keswick side tables
We bought two Keswick side tables from Neptune's Cheltenham shop. The service in the shop was excellent. The two tables were deleivered promptly and again the service was excellent. We are very happy with the quality of the tables.

Excellent service and lovely products
I purchased some Christmas items (which I was very pleased with) through Neptune Cheltenham store. The service I received was super. Helpful staff (Emma) who kept me informed by both email and phone when I could expect my items and called once they had arrived in store. Excellent communication together with gorgeous products.

BRILLIANT STAFF AND SERVICE
Staff maketh the store. Amelia and Lee went out of their way to get some festoon bulbs and cushions to me in just a few days which is terrific at this time of the year. Brilliant to deal with by email and phone as we are 200 miles away.

Utility room
We recently asked Patsy and the team from Cheltenham to design our new kitchen and utility room. The latter has now been finished and has made a huge difference to that space - it has been transformed and looks fabulous. Great advice and service. Looking forward now to working on the new kitchen.

Just to say a huge thank you to THE most lovely advisor in your store today …. sadly (rudely of me ) I didn’t take her name .. but I returned 2 wall lights with zero fuss from her and she made me and my dog 🐕 super welcome … she also has a fox red Labrador !!!
I spotted some perfect bar stools … Ludlows …. got home to this lovely £50 voucher and bought them straight away!!! Yay !!! So a return / lovely service turned into a £650 sale !!!
