What fabulous service! Neptune staff are the best. Lee looked after us today - going above and beyond what is already a brilliant company. He looked after us by sourcing a discontinued Casper chair which I desperately wanted. He researched, searched and fed back not only the store details of an ex-display chair in the fabric required - but also shared logistical support details for delivery of the armchair to our door. A very, very happy customer.

I visited the Cheltenham store on…
I visited the Cheltenham store on Sunday 7th July for one of their cookery demonstrations with Becky Wilkinson. From the moment myself and 3 of my friends entered, we were looked after. Becky was engaging, warm and an excellent cook and so far I have tried one of her recipes which was amazing and I look forward to trying the others. The whole experience was fun and a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I look forward to their next event. Thank you Neptune.

New kitchen and utility area
From start to finish we experienced the most professional and friendly service. An old Cotswold cottage is not the easiest to renovate but the team of Amber, Vicky and Toby, the fitter, were delightful and thorough. From our initial consultation, through the design process and build, they were efficient and supportive, maximising storage spaces we couldn’t have visualised ourselves. The outcome is a beautiful, high quality, clever kitchen which we absolutely love. We would highly recommend Neptune without hesitation to anyone thinking of redesigning their kitchen area. Thank you so much.

Attended a cookery demonstration at Neptune Cheltenham yesterday after seeing it advertised on their Instagram page and had such an enjoyable experience. Great experience at Neptune Cheltenham
Very enjoyable morning with my daughter at Neptune Cheltenham at a cookery demonstration by Becky Wilkinson today. All very well organised, the food was delicious, the demo was really interesting and the showroom kitchen provided a very comfortable atmosphere. Lee the store manager was welcoming and helpful. Thank you to everyone, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

A great Neptune experience ... as always
There is not a room in our house that hasn't been touched, in some way, by Neptune. We have been helped along the way by Lee and his team and have always enjoyed a warm welcome.
Somehow, the Neptune style matches our style perfectly ... or have we adapted ours to match Neptune?? Everything coordinates really well and it's difficult to imagine regretting a Neptune purchase.
My husband, daughter and I attended one of Becky's cookery demos today and had a great time and some delicious-tasting food. Thank you so much for our goody bags and the raffle voucher I was delighted to win.
Thanks to Lee, Joy, Amelia, Flo and the rest of the team. Somehow a visit to Neptune Cheltenham never seems like shopping!

A truly excellent afternoon at Neptune, Cheltenham
Had a truly excellent afternoon at Neptune, in a superb kitchen setting with the lovely and very tasty cooking demonstration by the amazing Becky Wilkinson. We had a great talk, loads of fun and really excellent food to sample. (don't need dinner now!)
Thanks to Lee and the team for arranging this and for the goody bags too.

Joy at the Cheltenham store was so helpful and made great suggestions about colours that we have now put into place, now impatiently waiting for our new sofa and furniture from Neptune and wishing they weren't on a 12 week delivery.

The staff at Neptune in Cheltenham couldn't have been more helpful. They ordered the item we needed and gave us information on how to put up the Buckland print ledge. All this and we were also offered a delicious cold drink on a warm day! Our order then arrived unbelievably quickly on the next Tuesday.

Shopping at Neptune is always a delight…
Shopping at Neptune is always a delight - together with all the creative ideas it brings. Recently visited the Cheltenham branch where Joy was particularly helpful assisting me in my quest for some bar stools. Once we made up our minds I contacted her and she arranged for them to be delivered within a week in time for the Easter Break . One of the stools unfortunately was slightly wobbly - I pointed this out when contacted by the after sales team and a replacement was promised with no question. Incredibly impressed with this service in these difficult times when no one seems to want to take responsibility. Neptune came good with good sales advice and an incredible after sales service so will continue to shop there and enjoy every minute. Kind regards Ann
