A beautiful piece of furniture we know will last a lifetime time and the delivery was perfect, the guys very helpfully put it in place for me, put it together and took away all of the rubbish. A wonderful experience.

Previously I had called 3 other stores and whilst they did nothing wrong / they didn't offer to supply the table and arrange for me to collect it locally to save delivery cost as I live near head office - thank you Laura you deserved my business 💕

We checked out the cushions in store, bought one to check if it worked with the new decor. THe cushions were a great match and we bought another 5 which arrived within a few days. Great quality

I visited Neptune today with my eldest daughter and doggy Heidi 🐶! We were served by lovely shop attendants and even managed to grab some fantastic Christmas bargains to boot! Even Heidi got a treat! Lovely experience

This is such a lovely store and the team are so accommodating - I stopped by over Christmas, desperate to pick up a specific decoration and with none left on the shop floor, the cashier went off scouring their in-store decorated trees to find one for me. A+ service.

Our new bar stools look great in the kitchen - and are so comfortable! Great support from the team at Chesham - and delivery was quick (next day but one - impressive!). Patsy was really helpful in sorting the delivery - thank you!

I absolutely love this shop! It’s my special me time, where I am surrounded by beautiful things and positive energy. The staff are so helpful. They never try to up-sell but leave the furniture and accessories to sell themselves which isn’t difficult as the quality is fabulous. It may seem expensive but when you buy season after season you see how they blend products and colour schemes so that everything always feels in vogue. I recommend Chesham to my friends as I feel it has the friendliest staff and fabulous displays.

We have been delighted with our Neptune kitchen. Every step of the way from initial planning and design to installation has been done to the highest standards. Any questions or concerns we might have were addressed immediately. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, helpful and attentive. The final outcome is our dream kitchen.
