Excellent service and really good quality products

Neptune Chester.

Pricey but by far the best paint we have ever used. French Grey paint is beautiful but considering it’s sage green the name may put other customers off.

Nightmare from beginning to end - lack of staff knowlegde, head office cancelling the order but the shop not knowing, 3 different delivery days. Lovely furniture but sort the process out

We are so glad we chose Neptune Chester for our kitchen. The design process was extremely easy and uncomplicated. Our Chichester kitchen looks amazing and the staff have been extremely professional combined with outstanding customer service; nothing has been too much trouble.

Beautiful store and goods although high prices. Staff excellent and knowledgeable.

Purchased the Olivia sofas and armchair…they are fabulous. The service is exemplary from Neptune, James at the Chester showroom was great, spent significant time planning my room. Very satisfied many thanks

Ordered the Olivia sofa 5 months ago . Delivered with 3 largish black marks in prominent places on upholstery plus slight but noticeable colour shading across frame and cushions. Arrived in cardboard box and watched delivery chaps unload and saw their reaction . Why was this not checked upon despatch from manufacturer , and by QC prior to despatch to customer ? Poor delivery guys have to take the criticism . You need to improve quality structures . Not good enough for prices charged . I have ordered a number of items , some good quality but delivery problems this last year have been much worse than your competitors . Lovely design, showrooms , and marketing but if not supported by quality and reliability of supply chain , the brand will founder .

Excellent service from point of purchase to point of delivery . Kept informed of a slight delay. Delivery person was great and courteous and erected table and levelled it in the room . Brilliant Neptune

Really nice store, bit disappointed that pictures were not in stock, however they arrived when they said they would and I had another opportunity to browse the store when I went to collect. The pictures are good, nicely framed and are reasonable value.

I bought a lamp back in august which was due to be delivered in December. I just got an email to say it will now be February and potentially even later which is all supply issues, totally understandable. However my local store has 2 on display but won’t sell either of them to me because they are display. I find this level of customer experience so poor and disappointing for a higher end brand - very much computer says no rather than trying to find solutions for the customer.

I bought some paint for a redecoration I’m doing of our master bedroom, the staff were really helpful and took me through the colour charts to find something that I loved, but also matched the existing furniture in my room. They had the paint in stock and there was loads of choice, so I didn’t even have to wait!

Disinterested staff who were too busy to really help. There were no prices shown for any of the products and no baskets on show so it was difficult to know how one bought things. The floor was dirty and needing a good brushing.
They did not have the lamp shade that I wanted and when the member of staff helped it took a huge amount of time to put the order into the computer. I left the store worried that I had made the wrong choice .
We had to return with a 50 mile round trip because they could not post it to me.
Not really impressed and felt disappointed that we had such a bad experience.

Good products - well made and decent £ - good shop service but delivery times always seem very long to me - 4 months for a lamp is too long - even if I knew that at the time I placed the order. Can’t just be Covid related as I had the same experience with another purchase some time ago. But if you’re willing to wait - top product and good price

I have bought several items from Neptune. Design is good. They are expensive and currently long long waits for certain goods as a lot is made in China.
I find the customer service poor. I had wanted to consider buying a kitchen from them. I visited the local shop in Bridge Trafford several times and failed to get them to engage with me. I was told once that I was shopping too early as the building work was not completed. Other times I would be sent home with a brochure. I couldn’t help wondering whether they had decided I couldn’t afford their stock! Eventually I gave up on them and purchased a kitchen elsewhere spending in excess of £50000 on the kitchen itself.
I continued to look at their items and decided I wanted a dining table. I had decided on a model but whilst looking online realised it was no longer available. I contacted Bridge Trafford …. Who didn’t know it was unavailable. They checked and confirmed this was the case. I asked if I could purchase it ex display and I was told I could but would have to wait until they had something else there. They took all my details. So I waited patiently and about 5 weeks later I telephoned them and was told that someone else had bought it so that I must have been 2nd in the queue … strange as I was the one who told them it was no longer being made. They did tell me there was a similar table in Southport and as I had really wanted it drove an hour there to see it. As ex display there was 20% off reduced to £1270. It was really badly scratched . The assistant suggested I could take it and sand it down myself!!! It didn’t justify the price for such a damaged table. So I am finally done with Neptune … nice design or not … there are plenty of better alternatives, made in the U.K. and with staff who look after their customers better.
