Neptune - Chichester Reviews 

Myself and a friend went to a cooking demonstration today at Neptune Chichester our first experience. We both throughly enjoyed it. We were greeted with coffee whilst being shown through to a kitchen area. The demonstration was being taken by Becky Wilkinson a lovely lady who is a professional cook and home economist and works with many well known chefs. She made Five Veg Dhal, Vegetable Shaksuka with Feta & Rose Harissa followed byPomegranate & Orange cake. All 3 dishes we were served to try along with a glass of Prosecco. They were all absolutely delicious. We were given a recipe booklet with them in to take home so we can cook them ourselves. We were also given a Neptune candle. It cost £20 per person so really good value. Becky was on hand to answer any questions afterwards. I highly recommend this event which they hold seasonally.

We travel from the New Forest to visit this store. Beautiful store in a beautiful setting with a great deal of interior inspiration. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, they take a genuine interest in your projects and offer valuable suggestions and advice.

Neptune in Chichester is an absolute delight to visit. The beautifully designed showroom displays their wonderful range of furniture and home accessories so well. Excellent customer service, staff are so helpful especially Jo and Helena who really helped us on our visit recently. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Purchased a nice candle in April. The wick has burned right down to the bottom leaving around 60% of the wax behind. It now doesn’t light. I politely requested their comments about this deficient item (we know Neptune candles are not cheap, but we love the fragrance) as we are fairly proficient with a range of candles in our home and we’ve not encountered this before. To be replied to with ‘read the instructions’ (I paraphrase a little) is not overly helpful …. I’ve reviewed Neptune very positively in the past so sadly this is an exception.

Went in but didn’t stay as no one acknowledged us, not even good morning or hello. After walking round decided to leave, the general atmosphere was not good, quite funereal!

Beautiful showrooms with very helpful, pleasant staff. very much enjoyed making our purchase & looking forward to receiving later in the year.

A brilliant workshop with Helena creating a mood board for a potential decorating project with the benefit of her expertise with co-ordinating colours, encouraging you to be more adventurous with colour and helping to select matching fabrics and accessories. Great hosting again by Neptune.

I visited Neptune Chichester for an evening with the stores design team . My friend and arrived and we were able to browse and enjoy the store’s stylising,
The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, they have extensive product knowledge and fully understand people and there design requirements wether you want just some help stylising a sofa with cushions and texture, to planning a new kitchen installation. The team at Chichester will help you every step of the way.
A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

I cannot rate Katie, Sophie, Ian. Jo and Bryn highly enough for their professionalism, enthusiasm, design and build quality at the Chichester store. We are beyond delighted with our stunning kitchen. Our space was a little unusual and they relished making it everything we wanted! The after care is second to none too!

Friendly staff in the shop & prompt delivery of the item

We had our kitchen from Neptune last Autumn and it was and is still fantastic. The team in Chichester are amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful and on hand throughout and after the process. The design process was excellent and Katie and Jo did a brilliant representation of what we would get and on installing on Ian was on hand to liaise with the builders and fitters to make sure it was perfect. The after care is second to none and even now if I have an issue they are available to help. The quality of the kitchen is top notch and it does everything they claim in the showroom.
