We popped into Edgbaston Neptune on this gloomy day today. However, the greeting from Karen was very warm and welcoming. Even our little dog got a friendly greeting and a treat! we love Neptune, but it’s a bit of a jaunt to get there, but a visit like today always makes it worthwhile with the service being the icing on the cake. We wanted to purchase a few items that were not available in store, so the staff kindly put an order through for us. We had a very happy experience browsing this beautiful store, interacting with the very pleasant staff; Karen, Harpreet and Khotan and making a purchase which we are looking forward to receiving via delivery. Thank you Neptune Edgebaston, you set the bar high today fortunately for us : )

I took a chance by ordering the Suffolk table and the wycombe chairs with out seeing them I was not disappointed it looks fabulous in my kitchen and the quality is brilliant.
Delivery was prompt and the chaps that brought them were professional and extremely helpful .

Both TJ and Khotan helped me with Christmas gifts and decoration for my Cat Friendly Home. Love all my purchases. You guys remind me so much of my favorite US store, Restoration Hardware

Great personal service. Phone contact as required to book on delivery slot to suit. The two guys who delivered my sofa were very helpful and careful and even helped me to move my old sofa into the garage. (Martin and Lee)

Our new kitchen puts a smile on my face every day and our experience with Neptune was outstanding. The designer from the Edgbaston store worked out the plans together with us in a highly sensitive manner and with an abundance of patience and respect for our personal preferences, eventually finding the perfect solution for our space. The installation was an absolutely smooth process and communication with everyone at Neptune excellent at all times. I can highly recommend Neptune for the high quality products, amazing support and reliable service throughout as well as the personal touch.

The Wardrobe was sent to us damaged. No action has been taken to rectify the matter.

What an absolute dream it has been, ordering a kitchen to be designed and fitted by Neptune Edgbaston.

We first stepped into their showroom in December 2023, already quite certain that we wanted a Neptune kitchen when we completed our extension build, and the welcome and attentiveness we received from the team, in particular their kitchen designer, Jackie, ensured that Edgbaston was the store we wanted to work with.
As we left the store, armed with samples in one of the stylish jute Neptune bags, we felt valued and listened to, without any pressure or hard sell and I said to husband (about Jackie) “I want her to design our kitchen”.

Eight months later, once planning permission was secured, we were back and Jackie once again totally got us and what we wanted to achieve. She created a beautiful design, but one that was completely practical too.

She and Vicki, the Installation Project Manager, have worked closely with us and our builders, and have become more like friends along the way!

Neptune-recommended fitter, James, cabinet painter Steve and the worktop installers have all been a dream too!

Delivery of everything has been spot on, and every single item has been designed to an incredibly high specification.

Neptune kitchens really are kitchens for cooks, and 3 months post-installation we still love the beautiful space designed and created for us, its practicality and functionality still never failing to amaze and impress us.

Neptune customer service is excellent and as good today as when it was when we first made a purchase some years ago. We have just purchased an ex display TV cabinet from the Edgbaston store. Sarah, the manager, put us in touch with a delivery service that were absolutely fantastic, The unit was delivered hassle free and in perfect condition. The store had even included a small can of paint for any touch ups we might need to do. Thoughtful, caring little touches! Every visit to the Edgbaston store over the years has been an absolute pleasure. The staff go above and beyond and provide a quality service irrespective of whether you are making a large or small purchase, or even simply browsing. This quality of service is incomparable to other retail stores. Attention to detail is rare these days, but the staff at Neptune Edgbaston have it in bucket loads. A very big thank you to Sarah and all her staff.

The quality of products is very good and the fitter was excellent however the logistics were awful. We were overcharged by a substantial amount due to a computer error that was denied when we queried the bill. We had the fitments delivered twice as a result. It was impossible to get these collected and in the end our fitter had to take them back to the shop. A day before the fitting was supposed to be finished we were told that some of the panels, hinges and door knobs were wrong and we had to wait 3 months for replacements. It felt as though as soon as we had paid for the product no one was interested in customer service and putting the problems right quickly.

I bought the Wycombe arm chair for my bedroom and the photos on the website dont do it justice. The quality and feel of the oak is beautiful. Stunning timeless chair.
The delivery guys Mike & Sean also made the end to end experience great. Super polite and helpful - a credit to Neptune. The lady I placed the order with at the Edgebaston store ( another great experience) said the delivery people were fantastic and friendly and she was spot on. Thankyou Neptune for yet another beautiful piece. Wish everything in my home was a Neptune item
